Chapter 13 History to be told

Mimi plucked Ryder on the forehead and he lost his balance. Tiga went to catch him as she caught him; she lost sight of Mimi and suddenly Ryder and Tiga both looked around and they started to see different colors around them. There was a color that was coming from Luna's room and it was pink. Tiga turned around to open but hesitated too, so Ryder put his hand on the door knob and slowly twisted it and pushed it open. They both gasped as they saw the pink colors around Luna.

"That is your Sister's aura. She is like you Ryder." Mimi said as she was looking out of the window. Ryder walked up to her but noticed that she didn't have her book in her hand.

"There's a lot of questions I have for you and things that you know we don't understand." Ryder said as he backed away from her and looked around the room.

"Relax Ryder, I'm not here to kill you. I need your help." Mimi said as she pulled out her book from thin air.

"The first thing I wanna make clear is this form that you see here is the younger form of myself before the Time Curse... This is when you walk through time without the proper protection for the travel." Mimi explains to Tiga and Ryder. Pondering what Mimi said Ryder crossed his arms and tried to figure out what she meant.

"Are we in a place that time just stops?" Tiga asked as she looked around.

"Well we really didn't stop it. I sped us up times hundred percent." Mimi stated as she just smiled at them.

"You just told us that you did stop time?" Ryder shouted at Mimi.

"At first glance yes it gives an illusion that can be interpreted differently. Although the reality of it all is this. You...can't...stop...time..." Mimi said and she gave a sigh like she lost something dear to her.

"Why can't you do that?" Tiga asked, looking at her puzzled.

"Equilibrium," Mimi said, Tossing the book at them. The book opened by itself and Ryder and Tiga looked through and saw what it was.

"This is the complete history of our world. Everything that happens in different eras, even the time of the great beginning." Tiga explained what she saw.

"This world's time will always move forward. It will never be said that the ability to stop it's time is possible. Even when you understand what us Time walkers are here for." Mimi said, looking at the beautiful sky like there is something there.

"So tell us...What's a Time walker?" Ryder questions as he wants to understand what it is.

"We are a beings with a purpose that brings order to the timeline. That means to make sure that everything flows with balance. We don't involve ourselves with the human events that go on." Mimi stated as she got away from the window and walked towards Luna.

"Bullshit!! How's that keeping everything balanced...What about the people's lives that have been lost to war and political gains? What about the lives of those that suffers illness and murdered." Tiga said, raising her voice to Mimi like that struck a nerve. Ryder puts his hand on Tiga's shoulder and she starts to come down.

"I told you that we don't get involved. The humans have their own way of bringing balance. It shows throughout history and you all are learning what your history is as well to not repeat them." Mimi said, shrugging her shoulders at Tiga.

"So what gets you involved with the affairs of us humans?" Ryder asked as he gave Mimi a serious look.

"It's simple The Boss and his demons that he is creating. He found a way to travel throughout time to find pieces of a Prophecy that is supposed to be the end of all creation." Mimi said, she swiped her right arm arm, from left to right in front of her. A golden line came that went across the room that stills continuing. Mimi also lifts her Left hand and creates a golden balance scale. On the golden scale one side was dark purple orb and the order side was light blue orb.

"This is the Equilibrium. The two orbs are basically evil and good. Right now everything is balanced. But that was yesterday, today it will move and show where everything is at. This shows us what forces are at work. If we don't handle it there will be bigger forces at work that can get out of control. And I wouldn't tell them because I personally hate their existence." Mimi explains to them.

"What does my little sister have to do with any of this?" Ryder asked as he walked up to Luna and saw that she was sleeping.

"Ryder...You and your sister are Time walkers. You know that but... What you didn't know is that your mother was an archangel..." Mimi said, Tiga's eyes wide open and Ryder was just speechless.

"She had two choices that would affect everything. Have you and Luna or possess a human being. These two things are forbidden in the natural order and she wanted to continue Savage's and Beowulf's work that they started." Mimi said, Ryder went up Mimi and grabbed her and lifted her up aggressively.

"What's the catch!?! Since everything needs to be balanced so what the hell is up!?!" Ryder questioned violently with rage in his voice.

"Since she gave birth to you first inherited the abilities of the Time walker powers. Luna's birth killed your mother...Thus it also made Luna inherit your mother's angel powers which is going to kill her." Mimi said, turning away from looking at Ryder. He let Mimi go and started to back up and collapse on the floor.

"How is the power killing Luna?" Tiga asked immediately and went to Ryder to try to help him get up.

"You humans can't contain the unlimited amount of powers that this world has to offer. That aura you see around her is what is killing her. Causing her to have a hard time breathing." Mimi explained, Ryder's vibe changed to complete sadness. Tiga gives him a hug and holds him and Mimi looks at him and smiles at him.

"I believe I created a method to help Luna but I need to know something first." Mimi said.

"What is it? We can work on anything." Tiga said, looking up at her and the same with Ryder.

"I believe the Creator can fix her but I'm still in the search of where he might be." Mimi said, pondering on how she can explain it.

"We find the Creator and ask the Creator to save Luna. This would mean we have to go through time." Ryder said, getting up and walking towards Mimi.

"Exactly. Although we have to deal with The Boss first. So what I wanna know is this. What are you willing to give to save your younger Sister Ryder." Mimi questions, looking dead at Ryder's eyes and seeing the determination within him.

"I'll give everything. I want Luna to go to school and have friends of her own. I want her to experience life the way she should be." Ryder stated as he stretched out his hand to shake hands with Mimi.

"Okay I have something to keep her stable but i'll teach it to you and the others that are your friends." Mimi said, shaking Ryder's hand and smiling at him.

"Others...?" Tiga asked.

"Yeah the rest of your friends. I still need to talk to you about your vision you saw. But our first goal is to gather everyone up." Mimi said, letting go of Ryder's hand and walking to the door. Tiga started to follow Mimi.

"I will be back for you Luna and I will get you cured. I promise you that you will be able to go outside. No matter what happens to me I will get this done." Ryder said to Luna and gave her a kiss on the cheek and when out the door and closed it behind. Luna was alone in the room but the pink aura that was surrounding her slowly disappeared. Suddenly Luna gave a faint smile.
