On the island of Luzon Raven was checking into a hotel. She remembered that her friends couldn't make it with her. Raven walks out of the lobby and enters the elevator but sees a brown skin woman with dark purple hair walked by. The elevator doors close and Raven ponders to herself wondering why she looks like someone she knows. The elevator doors opened again and she was on the eleventh floor. She stepped out and noticed the hallway was completely dark, Raven looked around and saw something at the end of the hallway glowing. As she got closer to it the thing became a bit more clearer to see. Until she saw it was a flaming creature of an unknown kind. Raven backed up and the creature started to walk towards her and suddenly she bumped into a dark skin businessman.
"Oh my gosh i'm sorry sir!!" Raven said sincerely, the man turned around smirked at her and looked up at the direction she was backing up from. Raven turned around and the creature wasn't there anymore.
"Your fine and see your suitcase is open, young lady let me help you with that." the man said as he bent over to help Raven pick up her stuff. "How did my suitcase open up?" Raven thought and they both got up. Raven smiled and bowed to the man but the man shook his head at her.
"You're a very beautiful young lady. I would love to take you out sometime but sadly I have something that requires my attention unfortunately." the man said as he smirked at Raven and then turned around and walked towards the elevator but Raven grabbed his arm.
"Wait, may I have your name? I am Raven Blazer" Raven said then she let go of him.
"Well Raven that's a pretty name. Here is my card, call me if you need anything at all." The man said, Raven looked at the card and didn't see the name and she looked up and the man pushed the elevator button.
"Oh my name is Jonathon Lyner." Jonathon said, as the elevator doors opened and walked in and right before the doors closed Jonathon winked at her. She was a bit confused but shrugged it off and then continued to look for her room. Five minutes later Raven finally found her room most of the room number was label A1-A14. Her name is A11 so she found it and as Raven went to open her door she suddenly had a flashback on opening an attic door. She opened the door fast and it was just a regular room. It had a white loveseat couch and a white king size bed. There was a glass slide door where the balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. There were beautiful island paintings on the walls and a 50'' flat screen tv on the wall across the king size bed. She sat on the bed and called Ostrythe's phone and kept ringing then no answer. She tried again and still no answer so then called Von's phone and no answer. Raven stood up and called Denise's phone then she heard her pick up.
"Heyyy Denise how is everything? How you heard from the two boys?" Raven asked, pacing back and forth waiting for an answer.
"Heyyy Rav, I am doing okay just getting ready to head to the Eternal City with Ophelia. Also I haven't heard from Ostrythe and Von if you're referring to those jokesters. Is everything ok??" Densie responded back but with a bit of concern in her voice. Raven calmed herself down and looked around for a fridge and found a mini fridge by the tv stand.
"Yeah everything okay was just checking on them. I'm going to call Favian then but call me back when you're free." Raven said and Denise agreed then hung up the phone. Raven was about to call but got a call from Favian.
"Yerrrrrp! How was your flight Raven?" Favian asked, found water and started to drink and sat down on the bed.
"It was good, not too crazy but just got in my hotel room and was about to check up on you guys." Raven responded and a bit of relief because she figured that Favian had probably checked on the boys.
"Well beat you to it sorta. Ostrythe I spoke to him like yesterday and him Nick probably snowboarding like right now. Ryder went to the city with Denise and her friend. As for Von I haven't heard from him. But he's doing his Von thing." Favian said, hearing that update Raven fell back on the bed.
"But Raven so I met your other friends Tiga and her friend that carries a katana covered." Favian said, Raven let out a giggle because he knows who he's referring too.
"Vericona yes my silent friend what about her?" Raven asked but suddenly the call dropped and the lights began to flicker on and off. Raven looks around and then it just stops. Raven looks at the balcony and sees a flaming owl.
"This isn't happening, I am going to sleep." Raven said to herself and found curtains to cover the glass door up. Then went to her bed and tried to go to sleep. That moment she feels like something is pulling her under than heard something. "Let go." Then Raven woke up on a kids bed. She saw a mirror get up and walked towards it. It's her as a 7 year old girl. Suddenly she heard noise coming from above her. Raven walks out to find where the noise is and so she opens the room door a little just to peak. There is nothing there but darkness and so she looks in her room for something and finds a candle that is lit. She grabs it and walks out of her room and looking around she sees a long hallway that leads to an attic. She walks and fast because it seems like something might pop out of nowhere. She gets to the bottom of the stairs and looks up. Raven starts to walk up the stairs and sees a door and she reaches out and slowly turns it. Then see another girl sitting by the window looking at the moonlight.
"Hello?" Raven said to the other girl. She turned around, looked at Raven and smiled.
"Hello my name is Jaq Summers and I am 11 years old." Jaq replied back to Raven. Raven got closer and can clearly see Jaq better. She had dark purple hair and a round face. Her eyes are red on the right side and blue on the left. Both girls were wearing nightgowns and Jaq got and ran and gave Raven a hug.
"You have to leave Raven, you can't be here my father will hurt me if he sees you here with me." Jaq said she was very concerned and pushing Raven out of the room.
"No Jaq I can't...I have to protect you..." Raven said but thinking to herself. "What am I saying?"
Suddenly a big man busted the door open. Jaq pushes Raven into a corner where it's covered with old junk.
"Why the hell are you loud?" Jaq's father shouted at her.
"I am sorry...I knocked over some stuff..." Jaq responded with her head down. Jaq's father smack her on the cheek very aggressively and the impact made her fall onto the floor.
"I don't know why the boss made you my problem but you are going to tell why he sent you here." Jaq's father demanded but Jaq was crying. Filled with anger, Raven got out of her hiding spot and kicked Jaq's father in the balls as hard as she could. The father fell on the floor in pain and Jaq grabbed Raven's arm as she pulled her outside. Raven looked behind him and saw the flaming owl by the window looking at them.
