"What?" she ask as she puts her guitar down.
"I love you." he said as he moves closer to her. He puts his hands on her waist. When she feels them on her waist, she immediately pushes them off.
"Don't you start your while 'I love you' thing. Your just like any other boy out there."
She ran past him and out of the room. "Katie!" Shawzy yells, but she ignores him. She grabs the set of keys Duncs made for her and puts her shoes on. She ran out to the garage and jumps into the car. Thankful, Shawzy parks in that street. She pulls out of the driveway as Shawzy comes out screaming her name. Shawzy walks back into the house and see Duncs and Kelly standing in the kitchen.
"What's wrong with Katie?" Kelly ask.
"No clue, I just said something to her." Shawzy says.
"What did you say?"
"I love you."
"Oh" Kelly and Duncs says together.
"Oh, what?" Shawzy ask.
"That's kind of the reason she can came here. Back in Montreal, her now ex-boyfriend did stuff to her and now she's scared when guys say 'I love you' to her. Even when I say it." Duncs says.
Shawzy was surprise at what Duncs just said. Without even thinking, the next line of words came out of his mouth; "What did he do to her?"
"No clue, she doesn't want to talk about anything that happened in Montreal. She just wants a new start here."
