"Who's coming for you?" Shawzy asks.
"Justin, my ex boyfriend." Katie says.
"Why?"
She picks up her phone and shows him the message:
You better not get an abortion on our baby. Otherwise you WILL die. I will be coming for you and my child. So don't you dare go to another man and raise her/him with them or you will be killed. I'm NOT losing another child. I will find out where you are hiding and get you. You will be MINE again. Also if you show/tell Hannah AND/OR Amy about this, all three of you will be killed.
"I'm scared." Katie says.
"He won't lay a paw on you. I'm going to protect you." Shawzy says, putting his arm around her.
"No, your not getting involved. If you die for any reason, I would be the one to blame..."
"I'm not letting the jerk touch you."
"No! You need to stay out."
There was a moment of silence until Shawzy says, "What does he mean 'not losing another child'?"
"Last year we tried and it happened, I was pregnant." she says "But two months into it, we lost the kid and..."
"And what?"
"That's when he started to abuse me. Slapping me, kicking me, punching me. A couple months later, he raped me and now I'm here."
Tears were rolling down Katie's eyes with full force. Shawzy was trying to calm her down.
"Listen Katie, have the baby. I'll help raise him/her like they are my own kid." he says.
"Really?" she says.
"Yes"
