Katie was sitting in Starbucks. With her head in the table, crying. Why did he say that? She though to herself in the mixed of all the horror images in her head.
"Are you okay?" Asks a man with an American accent. She looks up to see it's Ben Smith.
"Yeah, I'm fine." she says.
"Are you sure, crying is never a good thing."
"I'm fine Smith."
"You know who I am?"
"Why wouldn't I? Your a hockey player for the Blackhawks. You work with my uncle."
"Oh, may I ask who this uncle is?"
"Duncs"
"Ah, so you must be Katie Keith? His niece."
"Yes I am."
"Well, it's nice to meet you but I must be going."
"I get it. Bye Smith."
"Bye Katie."
Smith walks out of Starbucks. Katie sits there for a bit before walking out and heading to the car. She gets in and starts to head back to Duncs' house. She gets to the house to see Shawzy's car is gone. She pulls into the garage and guess into the house. Duncs and Kelly see her come in but say nothing. She goes up to her room and walks over to her nightstand. She puts her phone on charge and sees a note sitting on the nightstand.
