Katie walks down the stairs with her bags in her hands. Kelly sees her and walks over to her, grabbing a couple of the bags.
"Kelly" Katie says.
"Yeah, Kates?" Kelly says.
"Can you help me with something?"
"Sure, what is it?"
"I want to do or get something for Shawzy. I kind of feel bad that I couldn't celebrate his birthday with him because of the whole thing and also to thank him for everything."
Sure, what do you have in mind?"
"That's the thing, I don't know what to do."
"How about I think about it. In the meanwhile, let's go shopping for the baby."
She nods her head and they bring the bags out to the car. After they load the car, Kelly drives then over to a store and they go in. They start to look at thing.
"So, do you know if it's going to be a boy or girl?" Kelly asks.
"Nope, we want it to be a surprise." Katie says, grabbing a Blackhawks bib.
"What do you want?"
"A boy but either one would be fine."
They continue to look around, buying a couple things. They go out to lunch and after lunch, Kelly drives over to the Blackhawks store.
"Come on, let's go get your kid there uncle's and father's jersey." Kelly says, getting out of the car.
Kaite froze inside the car at what she just said.
"Katie, what's wrong?" Kelly asks, opening the car door.
"Nothing." Katie says.
"Tell me."
"I just never though of Shawzy as the father, more like another uncle."
Katie gets out of the car and closes the door.
"Well, you two like each other a lot and he's helping you out." Kelly says.
"Yeah"
They go inside and got the jersey as well as some other Blackhawks baby stuff. They get back in the car and calls Duncs.
"Hey" Kaite says.
"Hey" Duncs says.
"Listen were heading over right now, were at the Blackhawks store. See you soon."
"Okay, see you."
She hand up the phone and starts to drive to Shawzy's place.
