Chapter 30: Liam's Cold Valentine's Day

Liam's POV

As I stretch when I wake up I remember today is the day. Today is when I tell Lauren I'm a vampire, that today I want to bite her under the full moon to become my mate.

      As I dress in my Ralph Lauren plaid shirt and maroon jeans I head out the door with the giant brown puppy and red roses.

Im in the hallway looking around for Lauren but I dont see her anywhere. Like at all. Maybe she is in the court yard? As I walk towards the court yard I feel peering eyes and whispers shot towards me.

          Wonder why? As I walk into the courtyard I see Hunter Farris Kissing someone passionately against the wall. As they stop to take a breath I see the girl he kisses. Lauren.

        "Lauren?" I ask scared. O hope its just a girl who looks exactly like her. 

Shocked she looks at me and then back to Hunter.

"Hey Liam" She says casually. Then looks down at the brown puppy and roses. Immediately guilt floods her face. 

"Oh Im sorry Liam! I was going to tell you!" She pleaded.

Rage filled me. That Bitch she left me for Hunter?! Cheated on me for Hunter?!

"TELL ME?!TELL ME?! TELL ME WHAT?! THAT YOU CHEATED ME FOR A GUY LIKE HUNTER?! THAT IS LOW EVEN FOR YOU!!!" my shouting brings everybody's attention. 

This is why everyone was lookimg at me and whispering behind my back because they new the betrayal she's bestowed on me.

"Liam I left you because your too serious.  You never have fun. It should be you to apologizing to me for having to be next to you bored" she retorted.

Before I could protest or even sau one word a blonde girl comes up next to me.

"You should be apologizing to him.  You embarrassed him in front of the whole school. He treated YOU with respect and dignity that your slutty self clearly doesn't deserve." Allison bursts out in anger.  " Do yourself a favor hunny dont stretch yourself out to far or else they are going to have to start paying you"

Everyone either gasped or oooed. Lauren's face was speechless and furious. Wow Allison is amazing. 

"And who are you?" Lauren snaps. 

"A friend" Allison then grabs my hand and leads me away from the betrayal I just faced and broke up with.

Allison was really nice to me today. After the whole fiasco she never uttered a word about it again. Im grateful for her not asking about Lauren(bitch), but it's killing me on why she would do that for me.

     I still have the puppy and roses. I throw away the roses but one gets caught on my finger. Oww!!! Even though no blood comes out it still hurts.  I keep the one rose that pricked me to remember my pain.

Allison takes me home early today because we kept on seeomg Lauren and Hunter everywhere.  As we walk in the house and sit down the question is bugging me.

"Why did you stand up for me?" I ask looking at her.

She stared at me for awhile as if she didn't know.herself. 

"Because what she did to you  was not right. She was being dishonest and unfaithful.  She should have stood up for what she did instead of waiting till she was caught.  Especially on Valentines Day. " she looks at me with sad, angry hazel eyes.

  I never really seen her this way. She looks beautiful.  Am i ok? No im not? What am i goimg to do with this puppy? Come to think of it the puppy almost looks like a wolf. I hand it to her.

"What's this for?" her eyes widen.

No

"For helping me today and making me feel better. And it kind of looks like a wolf. " I hand the puppy to her, " I know Dwayne probably got you something but...."

"No, he didnt get me anything as meaningful as this. Thank you." she looks at me kindly.

That makes my heart stop. I get up from the couch with the rose in my hand. I place the flower in her hair. She looks as beautiful as ever.  She smiles at me in a way that makes me want to kiss her.

          Before I could reach down and do so she walks of towards her room with a smile on her face the whole way and giant puppy in her hand. I my heart skips a beat. Why do I feel so happy? I just got cheated on. But sad thing is I don't even care.

      Allison makes me feel whole. I feel like I just fell on top of fluffy clouds.  Her eyes make me sore into a endless hazel sky. Is this what I think it is? Is this....LOVE!?

And yes they are one direction.  It seems a lot of people like them alot so i guess ill wright about them. And plus my sisters are huge fans.

    And for those of you who are reading Two mermaids and One Direction second book, dont worry im still updating it. Its just taking it awhile because im doing this book.
