Zuko POV,

After Katara left, I immediately started thinking about her, and I wonder if my heart was beating faster when she was near me while I was in her room. I think I have a small crush. Wait no, must stay focused, I can't let a girl get in my head right now. I walked out, thinking about her, and I realized that there was no getting her out of my head, and then out of nowhere a solder swinging on a rope with a bow on fire, and he tried shooting at me, but I was able to deter the arrow with firebending and then I started running, as fast as I could, to my boat, that had been destroyed when I finally got to it, and then I started running towards where the southern water tribe held their boats, and then ran to Chief Hakoda to ask for a boat, which he said yes to, and this guy Sokka came too, apparently he is the chief's son, and Katara's brother and he knows a lot about knives, swords, and spears, but with a bow, he's useless. Can't even get the arrow hooked in the string. So we got on the boat, but there were ice chunks everywhere, but I knew my way to the earth kingdom, so we headed northeast,  using my fire to move us forward, very slowly.

But then, we got captured, by Admiral Zhao. I knew him from my days listing to the military meetings that I attended when I was around 14. He was the most arrogant person you have ever known. The ship came up beside us, I was asleep because it was about three hours into the night. Zhao's men came down so silently, they didn't wake me. I was at the bottom of the ship as well, but they came down, and what woke me, was Sokka's scream for help. That got me up and out, they were taking him up the ship and I was able to get there with fire rockets from my fists, and there was Zhao. Also following the ice.

"Ah, Zuko, what would you be doing here with the southern water prince?" he asks, slimily, I hate I'm so much, if I could disguise a death, it would be his death as a human sacrifice, so I would bee out of the way.

"looking for his sister," I reply, with hatred.

"the avatar? I would be looking for her as well. would you like to join me? I'll be happy if you would join my crew." He is looking at me with such distaste as he says this, he might be Vatu himself.

"Yes. She is one of my new friends. Sokka and I have been all over the earth kingdom looking for her and we haven't found her. She might be back at the southern water tribe, or maybe she went to Ba Sing Se. looking for an earthbending teacher, I heard that the underground arenas are quite the place to learn earthbending."

"Why don't we go to Ba Sing Se together." He is so slimy and sneaky as he is speaking he looks at me with a triumphant smile on his face. But I have a way to get out of this.

"No thanks. Now if you don't mind, Sokka and I have an air temple to visit. We are looking for Avatar Aang's son, Tenzen. I heard Katara finished her training there a few days ago"

"why don't you let us take you there." Dangit. He has found a way to keep Sokka and me in his clutches.

"fine." His men lead Sokka and me down to the rooms.

We share a room, and it is decked in head-to-toe fire nation emblems. I head straight to sleep. I've had enough action for one night. As soon as I hit the pillow, I fall into a dream about Katara. We are at an Ember Island restaurant, and she looks stunning. In a red silk wrap, and a half-bun with a golf flame around it. Then I fall out of the dream and I am unconscious for hours because when I wake up, We are at The Southern Air Temple, But in ropes tied to trees on the base of the mountain. I burn us out and Sokka hops on my back.

"Can you do that thing where you could kind of fly, and use fire as a jet pack?" he asks. So I do, and we get all the way to the temple. When we find Tenzen, he said his daughter raven, and her friend, Katara are at the Cherrytree forests in the southeast earth Kingdom.

In a deep voice, he says "Kolo! Kolo where are you!" he turns to us, "Kolo will take you to Raven and your sister." he points to Sokka. When this Kolo shows up, he looks like an average fire nation boy, minus his grey eyes. With his unkempt black hair, red Airbender robes, sharp jaw, and a bored face he almost looked exactly like Zuko if he was an Airbender.

"yes, uncle?" he says to Tenzen, with such boredom you'd think he was a sloth.

"where is your bison, Onno, is it?"Tenzen asks

"in the stables, like always. why?" I instantly dislike this guy.

"get on Onno, with princes Zuko and Sokka. you are going to the Cherrytree forests of the southeast Earth Kingdom, to find your cousin and the avatar." he reluctantly agrees. We all get on his bison and head on the two-day trip to the other side of the continent. When we see pink blossoms, we slow down and look for a clearing. we find one, near a beach, with a ship graveyard, and a stranded Zhao in the water already far out to sea, with only a few rolls and a bowl of soup on a piece of metal. My happiness rises knowing that soon, Admiral Zhao will be no more. We then hear whooshes. we decide to land in the clearing where a camo has been set up, and there I see a pair of air currents fly our way. Then Katara's voice goes through my ears.

"Zuko? Is that you? and Sokka?" She goes up and hugs me first, and I hug her back. I whisper in her ear,

"I missed you."

"I missed you too."
