We watch from the top of the pen as the raptor slowly makes it way over. That was until Kenji decided to take a picture and as a result the raptor tried to attack him.
Owen was right...
Damn it
Kenji jumps away in fright.
"Come in" Brooklyn says while running in a direction as we follow her.
"D'ah! Open the gate! Open the gate!" Kenji screams.
Brooklyn presses on a button and the gate of the compy pen begins to open.
Think (Y/N) think
The raptor hisses at Kenji.
Darius begins to kick at a pipe. The pipe releases steam and Darius jumps down.
"Wait no!" I scream as I see Darius jump down.
I turn to look at Brooklyn.
"Brooklyn, your safe up here" I say
"Dude! please tell me you have a plan" kenji says
"Let's move! The steam should keep him busy". Darius says
I jump down "guys, stand back and stay quiet" I say staring at Owens raptors.
Darius and Kenji slowly begin to walk to the gate.
I slowly began to distance myself between both the raptor pack and the boys.
One of the raptors begin to growl at me.
"Hey, don't you talk back!" I yell back in Charlie direction.
"Blue, eyes on me. Stand down" I say
He growls in my direction.
"Blue, I know you know me" I say as I stretch out my hand.
"You're gonna be okay, no one is here to harm you". I say
I wait for a sign from blue as the leader of the pack.
He gently nudges my hand.
Yes, finally
It worked
"Thank you, blue. I missed you". I said while placing my other hand on him.
"Awesome..." Darius mutters and Kenji nods.
"Hey, come and get it!" We hear Roxie says as meat is placed on the other side of the pen.
Delta, Charlie, and echo run towards it. Meanwhile blue remains.
Soon I hear the doors opening.
"Although this was short. I missed you, blue" I say giving him a quick peck before running to the nearly closed gate.
"Well that was a close one" I say nearly out of breath.
Kenji, Darius, and Dave all came running up to me.
"That was awesome, (Y/N) how did you do that?. Darius asked me highly anticipating my answer.
Meanwhile I sit up on the ground and Kenji holds out his hand for me.
"Need a hand?" Kenji says
"Always" I say with a smirk
" that's just standard procedure. (Y/N) and I do that kind of stuff all the time. Give me a second". David finishes before vomiting.
" well that's not the prettiest sight". I say
Roxie comes running to us pushing Dave and asks "are you alright?, is everyone alright?"
Kenji slowly begins to walk away not before being held by Roxie who says "woah, woah...where do you think you're going? You and Darius are in big trouble"
"I-I... but he— he was—"Darius tried to defend himself before Roxie cut him off.
"Save it, We'll decide what to do with you later. If you even gets remain here after a stunt like this" she says
"It'll be alright,Darius. I'm sure. You'll get to continue on with the camp. Now come on we should head back". I say while placing my hand on his shoulder.

We are currently sitting on the couch. Kenji keeps making popping noises and Darius seems to be getting annoyed.
He blows.
" how could you do something so stupid?" Darius says practically screaming at Kenji.
" I do a lot of stupid things, So you'll have to be a little more specific than that. Girls love a grand gesture, junior. You'll understand when you're older".he says while staring at me.
Darius also glances at me.
"Kenji, no, just no. What you did out there was extremely foolish of you. You put yourself at risk of being harm and sure it was brave but also really stupid coming from you, Kenji". I say
"But I did get you to care about me. Now didn't I sweetie". He says with a smirk
"Yeah, no don't call me sweetie, Kenji" I say with a small glare.
"Ouch well then what about, darling" Kenji says
"I prefer sweetie or better yet my actual name, Kenji". I say
"Sweetie it is then" Kenji says with a smile.
I roll my eyes at this behavior but give up on arguing about it.
"Okay,Maybe it wasn't my best idea. Look, I don't wanna get kicked out either.when my dad..." Kenji says
I stare at him and so does Darius.
"My whole life, I've been trying to make him proud. If he finds out that I messed up again, he might...Finally give up on me for good". Kenji finishes before the door open
"We gave Brooklynn a warning for sneaking out, But why are you to chuckleheads did" Dave says before being cut off by Roxie
"Especially you, Kenji! your recklessness put yours, Darius, and Dave's lives in danger! We should call your parents—" Roxie says before being cut off by Darius
"It was my fault! I jumped into the pit Kenji was...trying to save me". Darius says while Kenji swings his arm around Darius shoulder.
"Yeah that's it I...I Was saving the poor, confused a little kid". Kenji says
I try my best not to laugh.
"I'm sorry, so, Darius the Dino genius was saved By Kenji, the kid who sings dinosaurs went extinct because, and I quote their farts turn the air trashy" Roxie says
"Prove me wrong, yo" Kenji says in a whisper
I was this close to laughing.
"Yeah, it's just that Brooklyn's and (Y/N) account is quite different from yours". Roxie says
"Pfft! Brooklyn and (Y/N). Look, it was dark, she was confused. Vanity, am I right?What's important is that I'll keep looking out for the kids, here you're welcome". Kenji says
Mm-hmm Roxie makes
"No harm, no foul. Let's talk the whole thing up to experience. Lessons, friendships this is what camps about! Who's with me?". Dave says
I slowly raise my hand up with a smile.
"Fine, but one more misstep..." Roxie says
"I...We won't let you down" Darius says and Kenji imitates a popping sound.
"So,what are we doing tomorrow?" Darius asks
