Aru Shah and The City of Gold ✔️

LOL No. (Mini P.O.V)

The first monster threw his fist at me and I blocked it using DeeDee, throwing the monster backwards from impact. 

Aru dodged the her first monster and signaled to me, and I threw a force field at it, making it crash down on the other monsters, that were starting to pile up. 

Once all the monsters were on the pile, Aru shocked them with Vajra, making them a literal electric tower. 

This is defintely not safe. 

They all dissapeared into ash. 

"DON'T BREATHE THE ASH! IT'LL FILL YOUR LUGNHS, MAKE IT HARD TO BREATHE, AND YOU'LL-"

"DIE! WE KNOW!" Everyone yelled back at me. 

"What's going- Aru?!" We all turned around to see a girl standing in front of us. 

"Kara." Aru sneered, and brandished Vajra. 

"Wait! Stop! The Kara you knew wasn't the real Kara! I swear!" she cowered in front of us and Aru lowered her weapon, but not all the way. 

"Then who was it?" Aru inquired. 

Kara took a deep breathe, "Dad made an evil copy of me, and that was the one you had met. He then sent me here after you came and I've been here since, watching over Indra." Aru flinched at word 'Dad'. 

"Wait. You said Indra?" Aiden asked. 

Kara nodded, "He told me not to let you take him."

"What does he want with Indra?" I asked. 

She stayed silent. 

"He wants to drain his power and make it his own." Kara finally said. 

We all looked at each other in distress. 

"We have to release him." Aru said. 

"I can't let you do that. Once you do, this entire place will go on lockdown." Kara said. 

"Then we'll break out. Besides, we'll have a god on our side." Nikki stated. 

"It's completely impenatrable. Except.."

"Except what?" Sheela asked. 

"....I'm the only one who can break out of it." she said quietly. 

Aru looked stunned. 

"And I can help you, "Aru looked up from her feet, "On one condition." 

I nodded for her to continue. 

"You have to bring me with you."

Aru started laughing, and then her face turned completely serious, "No." 

(A/N: Get it? LOL No? The name of the second chapter in COG???? No? Oh come on.)

Aiden though, looked like he was really considering it. 

"Sounds like a plan." He finally said. 

Aru gaped at him, "You're joking right?"

"Actually, I agree with Aiden." Rudy said. 

"I'm with Aru. How do we know that she can't be tracked, or the Sleeper is just using her?" Nikki stated. 

"I can't be tracked by anyone." Kara pushed back her hair to show a white circle the size of a dime on the back of her neck. "Not even Dad can track me with this." she smiled. 

"But if you're so comfortable with him, then why do this?" I questioned. 

Kara frowned, "Because he's kept me in his castle for 2 entire years. I have no memories of my past, and I want to see the world!" she exclaimed. 

"Like you'll see the world with us. How can you even trust us in the first place?" Brynne snapped. 

"Because we wouldn't hurt her." Sheela said. 

"What?" 

"We all know that Kara is useful. So why would we hurt her?" Sheela raised an eyebrow. 

We all thought about it for a second. 

"That's what I thought. Let Kara come." she said. 

"Well, you can't argue with the seer." Aiden smirked. 

Aru sighed, caving in," Fine. Let's get my father and get out of here."

Once we found Indra, the first thing we did was duck. 

Elictricty was flying everywhere, and literally the only person who seemed a little not scared was Aru. 

It's pretty obvious why.

..She's his daughter. 

"DAD! DAD! CALM DOWN! IT'S ME! YOU'RE VERY IMPORTANT DAUGHTER!" Aru yelled. 

Indra froze. 

"Oh. Arundathi. Um." he cleared his throat, "I'm just, trying to get- WHAT IS THAT KID DOING HERE?" he looked at Kara, and then chains holding him sparked with electricity. 

"Don't worry, she's on our side!" I exclaimed.  

"Oh....Can someone help me?" he held up his chains. 

Aru noded, "Aiden and Rudy, you go to his right hand, Nikki and Sheela, go to the left, Brynne and Kara, go to the left leg, and Mini and I will take the last one." Aru instructed. 

They all went to their coordinating spots and we all started using our powers to break the chain. 

Brynne turned into a beaver and Kara used a dagger to cut through the chain. 

Aiden used his electrical scimitars and Rudy pulled it using his tail, breaking the chain. 

Nikki and Sheela used fire from Aru and melted the chain.

And using my force fields and Aru's fire, Aru and I completely destroyed the chain. 

By the time we were done, Nikki and Sheela had a few burns, Rudy had to use Aiden to walk, and Brynne couldn't speak, because her gums hurt. 

Good thing I have a medical kit in my bag. 

"THANK YOU PANDAVAS!" Indra exclaimed. His voice boomed throughout the room. 

The room flashed red and a loud beeping started. The doors closed and soon, it was completely dark. 

Aru lit up Vajra, lighting up the room. 

She looked at Kara who nodded. 

She raised her hands in the air and her entire body started glowing, it almost looked like she was going to explode. 

Light poured in through the ceiling and we started cheering. 

Kara landed on the ground and Aru caught her, landing her gently on the ground. 

"I'LL TAKE YOU BACK TO THE COUNCIL, ASSUMING THAT'S WHERE YOU WANT TO GO?" Indra asked. 

"Well yes, but we have one more person left at the vehicle." 

"AMARU YES?" Aru nodded and Indra snapped his fingers and Amaru landed in Aru's arms. 

"Oh Lord Indra." Amaru jumped off Aru and bowed. 

"PLEASE! GET UP! IT'S TIME TO GO TO THE COUNCIL!" Indra motioned for Aru who grabbed his hand, and then reached for Kara, who reached for the rest of us. 

My stomach flip-flopped and within a blink of an eye, we were back at the court room, where Urvashi and Hanuman were waiting for us. 

"How did you get here so fast?" They asked. 

"Indra helped us." Aru said confusedly. 

"He's not here." Urvashi said. 

"But-"

Thunder interrupted Brynne and Hanuman smiled. 

"Indra is back. Oh well. Nevermind. We have an important mission for you all." Hanuman said. 

"What is it?" I asked. 

"We'll show you."
