"You have a lovely home." Todoroki looked at the large, sleek apartment building.
He was especially admiring the beautiful lake they had, the rippling water gleaming.

"Thanks." She smiled as she rung the doorbell.
It was silent for a moment, until thundering footsteps were heard to be approaching.

Todoroki was, he admitted, slight on edge. This man was a villain.
Well, an ex villain.
But still.
His father would never approve of this...

He then smiled quietly at that thought.

The door then opened and Todoroki couldn't help but stare.

The man was enormous, taller than his father and had long purple hair along with decorative gold piercings. A pair of golden, thin rimmed glasses sat on his nose and yellow eyes looked down at the two children. His neck was decorated with intricate patterns and he was wearing a black turtleneck with trousers.

"Azrael." He smiled, showing pointed teeth.

"Dad." She grinned widely and hugged the man tightly. The man chuckled then saw the boy behind her.
His face contorted suddenly, as if something was trying to break free, like there was something trying to escape.

"I didn't send you to the best hero school for you to bring a boy back on the first day." He raised an eyebrow.

"This is Shoto Todoroki. He is my study partner for the exams I have to sit." The man then looked as if it suddenly hit him.

"You're Endeavor's boy." Shoto stiffened as he suddenly remembered.
His father had fought this man before he was born. It was one of Endeavor's greatest battles when he first debuted and became the number 2 hero at only 20 years old.

"Yes sir." He bowed respectfully. "It's alright boy. You're welcome here anytime." The man grinned, but it felt slightly strained.

Todoroki waited patiently for Azrael to tell her father a summary about her day. He had a glass of water in his hands as he waited, only saying yes to things to affirm them.

Lucifer seemed quite the opposite of what he expected, for now.
He was polite and considerate and Shoto was at least thankful that he didn't bring up his father again.
