"Yes?" Shoto said, dusting off his hero attire and fixing his ponytail. He had just defeated a particularly tricky villain named Python and he honestly just wanted to go home to his wife who was on leave.

The streets were covered in steel like scales which honestly unnerved him, however the debris was not as much as the last battle he had.

Minimal damage obtained.

He had then proceeded back to his agency, which he had taken over after his father had retired. He nodded his head at those who bowed as he entered.

His ears then picked up frantic footsteps and he raised a calm eyebrow in confusion as his assistant ran up to him with a frantic look on his face.

"Calm down Okuma. What's the matter? Is there another attack? I would've been notified." Shoto towered over the man who was waiting desperately for his superior to finish addressing him.

"Shoto! There was a call from your home line!" Shoto nodded and took out a bandage from his belt which he wrapped around his sliced wrist.

"Is it important? She had morning sickness earlier... I cannot do another ice cream run." He muttered to himself, remembering the terrible wake up call Azrael gave him just this morning.

"Shoto... Shoto..." He groaned and hugged her, trying to get her to go back to her sleep position.

"Sleep please..." He mumbled, nuzzling into her chest and stroking her stomach gently.

"I'm hungry..." She sniffled and he immediately got up when he saw her crying.

"Alright... what do you want to eat?" He asked, reaching for an elastic band and tying up his long hair.

"Ice cream..." He sighed.
"We ran out of that yesterday." He said, but groaned at her teary face. "I'll get the car." He mumbled.

"And peanut butter." He clenched his jaw, but nodded.
He aimlessly grabbed the car keys and checked the time on the large wall clock.

"Four in the morning." He yawned as he got in the vehicle.

"Your wife said the baby's coming."
Shoto froze, slowly looking up at his assistant.Everyone in the room felt his mood change and they began to tremble slightly under his fierce gaze.
