Shoto stood outside of Azrael's room with the large wooden box in his hands.

He was still contemplating whether he should knock or not.
The surrounding silence was mocking him, telling him how pathetic he really was.

He signed then knocked on the door.
A small shuffling noise was heard, then a flap of wings.
The door opened and he saw her there... and as if he wasn't already whipped for her, she wearing one of his white t-shirts she had sliced midway and tied it so her back was bare.

"Hey." She landed softly and leaned on the doorframe, scanning him silently with a blank expression.

"Hey." He said back.
"It's a bit late for you to be here. Aizawa's patrolling tonight." She said.

"I know." He had missed being this close to her, examining the pure amber shade of her eyes.

"I have something for you." He held out the box shyly. She slowly took it, looking at him as she placed it on the floor and opened it.

"It's a Japanese tea set." She looked at the small, ornate cups in awe, the pink lilies popping on the rims.

"You love the Bancha tea I make so I thought... we could try others together." He said softly. She looked at his nervous face, a little frown printed on his lips.

"You really thought about this didn't you." She said, gently picking up the small daisies. "I'm sorry." He said quietly.

"I didn't mean to mention your family or to blame you for anything. I was just... I was overwhelmed from not knowing... and then you knew the whole time, even if you weren't aware that you knew." He scratched the back of his neck.

"It's okay." She stood up with the box." He signed and looked down at her. "Do you... have anything you want to say?" He asked.

"I'm angry, yeah oh I'm angry Shoto Todoroki." She chuckled darkly and he gulped.
"But I get where you're coming from." She said, her voice sounding much gentler. He looked at her hopefully.

"I said some hurtful things too. I shouldn't have said your family is messed up and added fuel to the flames. You're not the only one that said something hurtful, so I hope you haven't been thinking all of the blame is on you." She signed.
