The opera had ended and you were headed back to your hotel rooms.

It had been at least an hour since you left Peter, so you figured that he'd been done with Fury for a little while.

You put your phone to your ear and waited anxiously as each ring went by.

"You calling Peter?" Sam asked.

You nodded and a worried expression plagued your face as the prompt to leave a voicemail sounded.

You put the phone down dejectedly and sighed. "He's probably just asleep," Sam offered. If only she knew.

"Hey, um, y/n?" MJ asked from behind you.

"MJ," you said, a mixture of confusion and surprise. It wasn't often that you two spoke.

"I found this," she said, producing a small metal box in her palm. "I saw it fall during the fight, figured it might be yours. Looks high tech."

You grabbed it and inspected it, thinking it might've been part of Peter's suit, or even something Mysterio had dropped.

"Thank you," you replied as you put it into your pocket.

"What is it?" Sam asked.

"Not sure. Doesn't look like Stark tech..."

"I'm sure everyone has seen the news by now," started Mr. Dell, "but the tour has been cancelled. It's too dangerous for us to stay here, and we're all going home."

Everyone groaned and then began complaining amongst themselves.

"I know, I know," Mr. Harrington tried to say sympathetically. "Just hurry up and get to bed, don't want to be cranky on the flight home."

"Well this just sucks," sighed Sam. "I'm...especially sorry you had to do all that fighting and didn't even get to enjoy your vacation."

"Are you kidding me?" you asked, putting on a brave face, "I had fun. And we got to see more than I expected, even if it's being cut short."

She stifled a yawn. "We'll have to go again once all this clears up. Go to Paris, just us."

"Yeah," you answered sadly. If the danger ever stops, which it won't.

"Ready for bed?"

You nodded and sluggishly walked to the elevator leading up to your room. You couldn't focus on anything but Peter. He would've texted you before falling asleep, or at least told Ned that he'd made it back safe.

You let Sam shower first while you tried to figure out the metal box MJ had given you.

You noticed a seam joining the top and bottom and you pulled gently on it, just trying to see if it would come apart or not.

Instead, a hologram appeared from it.

You almost sent it flying but managed to have enough self control to keep it in your hands.

The hologram was of Quentin Beck.

Not only was it of Quentin Beck, but it was an exact copy of what had happened today. It was only a small portion of the monster and Quentin.

It sparked and you dropped it this time, causing it to now show the first elemental, Cyclone.

You cautiously picked it back up and pointed it at the wall where it proceeded to show a 3-D image of the first elemental fight.

"This can't be a recording," you muttered to yourself. The shower turned off and you set the projector on your bed.

"Hey Sam!?"
