"Keith.. Keith...! Please wake up!" The voices of his concerned friends echoed throughout his weak state. Voices, so many voices were heard. He tried waking himself up, Its pointless. He had to wait.
- flashback from not long ago -
"We need to get to the nurse, now." Cherry said looking at Pico with those eyes. Pico nodded and walked out the Men's bathroom along with Cherry, she stopped Pico from exposing himself and Keith with his halo and wings, so she went to grab an oversized hoodie she brought Just in case, which was actually useful.
They both ran down the hall ignoring students and teachers, and bursted the nurse's door open.
"Please help, he's been shocked. Keep his form a secret for me, okay?" Cherry said to the nurse as Pico placed down Keith gently on the bed. The nurse took off keith's hood and saw his halo on his head which made her gasp. She shook her head and checked his pulse.
"We need to get him to the hospital, ASAP." The nurse said running to the telephone.
"Call 911, I'll contact his parents." The nurse said to Cherry.
- end of flashback -
Keith's eyes slowly opened, he woke up to see Cherry and Pico sitting outside the waiting room, since the door was slightly open. He could see Lila sitting on the chair right beside the hospital bed he was in, crying.
"I-I didn't know this would happen." Pico mumbled to himself. He put on his hood and made it look like he is hiding his face from the tears that fell down his cheeks. Cherry slightly turned to Pico and just turned back to look at Keith on the hospital bed, awake and weak.
Pico's phone was buzzing nonstop, he groaned in annoyance and took out his phone to see his friends Nene and Darnell spamming the group chat for Pico to answer.
Nene: "Hey Pico, you alright?"
Darnell: "Pico!"
Darnell: "You would usually answer right away, what are you doing?"
Nene: "HELLO??"
He sighed and responded to them.
Pico: yeaj im here
Darnell: you okay dude?
Pico: its npthing importantt
Nene: why are you typing like that
Pico: its nothign now leave me alonr
Darnell: okay..
He shoved his phone in his pockets and pulled his hoodie down to where you can't see his eyes. While he shoved his phone in his pocket, he accidentally sent his location.
Pico: (hospital location)
Darnell: wtf
Nene: we should go
Darnell: okay sure
In the meantime, Nene and Darnell arrived at the hospital to see nurses rushing to get beds for other patients, they saw Pico in the distance along with Cherry. Nene blushed and just looked away while walking alongside with Darnell.
"Hey dude, is everything alright here?" Darnell said putting a hand on Pico's shoulder.
"Wha- How- Why are you here and how did you get here?"
"You sent your location." Nene said.
"Well, my friend got hurt badly, but don't look at him please, its private." Cherry said to Nene and Darnell.
"Okay, if you sa-"
"Why" Darnell interrupted Nene.
Darnell lifted Pico's hood to see his face a mess from crying. Pico slapped his hands away and pulled his hood back.
"Woah dude-"
"Leave me alone." Pico growled.
Darnell's eyes widened then smirked a little then leaned on the wall. Pico then fell asleep which left him with soft snores. The doctor walked outside.
"You may see Keith, but one at a time. Who is first?"
Pico woke up and got up.
"May I see him?" Pico said politely. Darnell and Nene were surprised from how polite he's gotten.
"Of course, 5 minutes." The doctor said stepping aside as Lila walked out the door.
Pico walked inside to see Keith staring at the ceiling. He looked to the side to see Pico walking towards him then kneeling down to where Keith can see him properly.
"Keith.."
"y-yes?" Keith said weakly.
"I'm very sorry for what I did. I really hope you can forgive me. I deleted the post."
Keith just looked up at him and Pico held his hand with both of his hands, cupping it.
"Will you forgive me?" Pico said.
"Of course, Pico. I'm also sorry for what I did. I lost control." Keith whispered since he was still in a weak state.
"Thank you Keith.." Pico said holding Keith's hand tightly but gently.
Keith's eyes widened and he blushed. He smiled and looked back at the ceiling as Pico let go of his hand. He walked out the door and sat down in his seat smiling but still crying slightly.
Nene and Darnell looked at him shocked but concerned. they heard everything Keith and Pico said, then looked at each other.
"Don't you think they'd be in a good relationship?" Nene whispered to Darnell.
"honestly, yeah." Darnell responded.
"Who's next?.. or last." The doctor said looking at Cherry. Cherry nodded and stood up walking to Keith.
"Hey Keith, do you remember me..?" Cherry said kneeling down to Keith.
"Of course I remember you..!" Keith whispered.
"No.. I mean, like do you remember me.. from.." Cherry said as she got up and closed the door for privacy.
Keith waited for Cherry's answer. Cherry closed the door and inhaled slowly.
"Ansechia..?" Cherry said quietly, but loud enough that Keith can hear.
His eyes widened and he slowly got up and looked at Cherry.
"No way.. are you..?" Keith said covering his mouth.
"Its me.." She said slowly turning into her demon form. Keith teared up and smiled.
"So I was talking to you this whole time.. Cherry." Keith said. She nodded and hid her form to hug Keith.
(Keep in mind, Keith's form is hidden when visitors are allowed inside.)
"Time's up!" The doctor said slowly opening the door looking at Cherry. Keith laid back down and waved at Cherry who waved back to him.
"Hey Pico, Nene and I are going to go. We have to meet up with other friends. I'll tell them that you couldn't make it, okay?" Darnell said. Pico nodded and Darnell and Nene walked away. The doctor got Pico, Cherry, and Lila's attention for a quick remainder of what Keith's going to be doing.
"He will be staying here until he's well, i've estimated the time to be about a day." The doctor said, looking at all of them. They nodded and sat up. Pico stretched and yawned. They all walked out the door walking in seperate directions.
"Keith, i hope you feel better soon..."
