Keith walked inside with Skid and Pump, completely flustered and angry about himself. He shook his head and looked at Lila, who was giving him a look.
"Why did you adopt kids without telling me?" Lila said, placing both hands on her hips.
"They lived in an abandoned house with some- monster and I couldn't just leave them there! Besides they're good kids." Keith explained.
Lila looked down at the two, who were waving friendly at Lila.
She sighed and smiled.
"Lets see how this goes." Lila chuckled.
"So we can keep them?!" Keith eyes lit up.
"Sure I guess." Lila smiled then looking down at Skid and Pump.
"Hello there! What are your names?" Lila said, trying to know about them.
"I'm Skid!"
"I'm Pump!"
"And we like spooky month!" The two said.
"We even have a spooky dance!" Pump said.
Keith walked to his room to just chill on his phone.
Lila, Skid, and Pump are already getting comfortable with each other. She showed them around the house and the guest room is now Skid and Pump's room.
They took off their hats and Skid has straight hair and the hair color is similar to Lila's but a little darker. Pump had brown curly hair.
A few minutes later dinner was ready.
"Dinner is ready!" Lila called.
All three of them went to the table and ate their food while introducing new jokes to Skid and Pump.
They were happy and laughter filled the room.
"The food was good mom!" Skid said.
"It was yummy.." Pump said as drool went down his mouth.
Keith let out a small chuckle and placed his dish in the sink and went to his room, feeling tired from today.
"I'm gonna sleep now, I'm tired." Keith said.
"Goodnight!!" Pump said.
The next morning, Keith woke up and immediately thought about the time he kissed Pico on the cheek. He slapped himself on the face and angrily walked over to the bathroom and washed his face to freshen up.
"My stupid thoughts.." He said to himself as he looked at his reflection.
He went back to his room and checked his phone, it was only 5 in the morning.
He groaned in annoyance and laid back down on the bed, staring at the ceiling for a few minutes before sitting up.
He yawned and extended his wings.
The thought of Pico immediately flooded back into his head.
He grabbed the pillow aggressively and hugged it while slamming himself back down on the bed, as some tears fall down his cheeks.
'Why are you stuck in my head..' Keith thought.
Silence filled the room until he heard the door open and quickly he hid his form.
"Shh!!" Skid shushed.
"I'm not being loud!" Pump whispered.
"Shh.." Skid shushed again.
The two walked closer and closer to Keith, who were about to scare him..
"BOO!"
"Ahhh!!!!" Skid and Pump screeched.
