Appearance: Cyan irises, black sclera, with black devil shaped pupils. White fluffy, wavy hair, with hints of Ultraviolet. Her skin is pale white due to her first quirk and she's covered with purple patches of skin on her arms and legs due to her fire quirk being out of control.
Outfits:
Hero: Black & Ultraviolet skintight bodysuit that glows brightly when in the dark and at night. Black jean jacket with glowing neon purple stripes and a winter fur hood. Knee high black military combat boots with black soles and steel toes. Black & neon purple elbow length gloves. Steampunk respirator mask that glows neon purple in the dark. Black & neon purple steampunk goggles tinted black. They are either resting on their head, hanging from their neck, or equipped. (Everything is fireproof and waterproof.)
Casual: Makeup to hide her pale white skin and deep purple burned skin. Black beanie covering up their dyed hair. Black Aviator goggles with hints of gold. Navy blue with hints of gold winter scarf around her neck, winter coat, gloves, long sleeve shirt, baggy insulated pants tucked into thigh high black boots with white fur and black buttons. A special watch to monitor their vitals and location. (Water & Fire proof)
Personality: Calm and Cold blooded towards everyone, when fighting especially. Except for a few. When angry she becomes heated quite literally. Very stubborn and will do anything to protect her loved ones and the innocent.

Quirk: Pyro-Frost (She can freeze her fire to harden, create hot or very cold smoke screen, can spread frost or melt through things with any part of their body. She can freeze most things, including lightning, earth, water, fire, blood, etc. She can melt through the toughest of metals, bones, blood, earth, etc. She can change the shape of her hardened fire and ice.) (Frostbite, dehydration, exhaustion.) (Purple fire, cyan ice.)
Background: She was abused by her father Enji Todoroki being pushed past her limits. She ran away from home one day. She was attacked and bled out in a alleyway, at least that's what everyone thought....
Her body slowly changed alongside her mental state, she overused her quirk until she couldn't feel the pain anymore, of her flesh burning or getting frostbite.
