Jay: Erin, Erin he whispered nudging her. He didn't want to wake her but they needed to talk.

Erin awoke with a horrible pain in her head. She moved her hands to the back of her head and felt dry blood along with some fresh blood. She then turned to Jay realizing he was calling her. She saw they were both bound by there wrists and ankles.

Erin: "Jay," she tried to talk out loud but it was barely a whisper.

Jay started calling out there surroundings and the situation they were in.

Jay: we are in a moving vehicle, I'm guessing a van of some sort.

She only replied with a short nod but instantly regretted it when a shooting pain moved its way down her back. She gasped and Jay heard it.

Jay: you alright

Erin: yea my head just hurts like hell

Jay: yea mine too

He had noticed she was in her bra and underwear but didn't want to make her upset by asking "the question" but he had to know

Jay: did they touch you

She turned her head and there eyes connected. Shakily she answered.

Erin: no they didn't but now that they have taken us I'm scared that they will Jay

At that sentence she started to cry. Since they were sitting right next to each other she fell in his arms. He held her tight for a bit then pulled away.

Jay: hey I got you, if they lay a hand on you I promise they will regret it

He kissed her on the lips and she kissed back. They stayed like that for a moment but then pulled away.

Jay: they need to know that your mine and mine only

This made Erin chuckle in the slightest. He always made her laugh, even in times like this. Then the van came to a stop.

IN THE BULLPEN

Antonio: so we all saw the black van pull away. We are assuming that is what they were in. We got the plates they were 286 RCHSTR but they came back bogus.

Kim: they pulled fingerprints from the sex club and Pauls fingerprints along with Erin and jays were back there but that really isn't much to go on. Also the blood was a match to Erin.

Everyone looked at each other in anger. It was so silent they could hear a pen drop. Alvin broke the silence.

Alvin: we are assuming that Paul had help because I really doubt that he drug two bodies out and into a van in a couple seconds.

Hank: so then we find every guy that Paul has been in touch with and also check out his family, there might be a cousin or an uncle helping him.

The anger was visible on his face.

Everyone parted ways and went to their desks.

Hank turned to go back in his office but stopped. Everyone noticed and stared at his back. Trudy walked up the stairs to get updates on the case since Erin was like her neice. She recognized the eerie silence in the room and followed everyone's eyes to hank.

Hank turned and faced everyone with tears streaming down his face. Everyone knew not to say anything at this moment. He began to speak.

Hank: "I know I might be bitchy and short, but it is only because this case is now way to personal for me." He sniffled and more tears were going. "We have to find these two and I will break rules so if anyone thinks that this is going to be too much to handle then take some vacation days. Because I will do anything to get them back, especially her.

Trudy walked towards hank and took him in her arms but quickly pushed him in his office where she took him into another hug. Him sobbing and sniffling.

This was the first time that he had broke down since she was taken. He was going crazy. The thought of him not seeing her forest green eyes and those beautiful dimples when she smiles drove him mad. He started remembering memories of when they would mess around with each other. Also back when she moved back in with him after nadia. He hadn't mentioned it but he missed waking up knowing she was safe in his house. He liked making coffee for her and watching her walk into the kitchen to take it. And the small talk they would have before work at his kitchen table while sipping there coffee. He missed it all. He just missed her and would give anything to have her back in his arms right now.

Wrapped in trudy's embrace he couldn't help but imagine it was erin's.
