In a world where 80% of the population has super human abilities called 'quirks' the world forgot about the monsters and killers in the forest. They started blaming everything on villians instead of the murderers around Japan. But one boy will show...
I was nervously bouncing my leg as I looked around me. I was sitting on the edge of a water fountain that was outside of Belle Ame. When I searched up the place, I found out it was actually a cafe so Trender decided to dress me in something cute but casual. I just wore a red hoodie with puffy sleeves, ripped jeans, and my classic red shoes.

I was pretty sure I was at the right place he mentioned. I did come a bit early than what we agreed on so I'm probably overthinking it. "There you are Midoriya." A familiar voice said. I looked towards the voice to see the Peppermint himself coming closer to me. He looked rather nice too. He wore a white shirt under a grey cardigan with dull blue pants and a black beanie. The beanie kind of reminded me of Dark Link.

"Hey, ready to go in?" I asked as I got up and met him at the entrance. He only gave me a nod but it looked like it was about to say something else. He might just wait till we get a seat. Inside the cafe, it had a comfortable cottage theme to it. Everything wasn't too bright yet not dull either. The lady at the counter looked at us but I noticed her eyes kept trailing over Todoroki as we found a table by the window. "So, why did you want us to meet here?" I asked, looking at the menu. He seems like the person that wouldn't do something without a reason.
"I wanted to....hang out?"
It sounded like he was questioning his response. As if it's not want he actually wanted. I shrugged it off and smiled at him. The lady from the counter came to our table and I got a closer look at her. She had antennas on her head, red hair with black dots in it, fair skin, and dark brown eyes. She probably has some kind of ladybug quirk. Her eyes stayed on Todoroki as we placed our orders.
When she came back with our food, it was painfully obvious that she was trying to catch Todoroki's attention. The lady had her shirt slightly unbuttoned and you could tell she was pushing her chest up. Peppermint easily waved her off, not even giving her the time of day. She gave off a huff as she stomped back to the counter and I held back a laugh.
Take that you ladybug bitch.
Quickly forgetting about her, me and Todo-kun spent the rest of dinner casually talking about anything that crossed our minds. I even noticed that he had a small smile on his face! He looks cuter when he smiles. We finished eating and the lady was furious at her failure. Todoroki unconsciously had an arm around my waist and I could feel the glare towards us. As we left out, I turned around and held up my middle finger while mouthing the words 'Bye, bitch!' towards her without Todoroki looking. I giggled quietly as the ladybug's pure anger grew. "Something funny?" The Peppermint himself asked. I waved it off, telling him it was nothing. We walked down the now dark street, not really having a destination in mind. I noticed he kept looking up and when I asked why he said he was trying to see the stars. The lights from the buildings were basically drowning the shine of them.
"Todo-kun, I have an idea! You wanna try?" I asked when a thought came to mind. He looked at me confused but overall nodded. A mischievous smirk came to my face. I picked him up bridal style and shouted, "Hang on!". I summoned my wings then shot up into the night sky, earning a slightly startled noise from the boy now in my arms. Todoroki was clinging onto me with his eyes shut tightly. Maybe I should've gave him a better warning. "I would never drop you if that's what you're worried about. Go ahead and look, Todo-kun!" I said. He slowly opened one eye but once he caught a glimpse, his heterochromic eyes widened in amazement. Up here, you could see the night sky so much clearer than on the ground as if you could touch them. "Is this what it's like everytime you fly? Todoroki asked when he came out of his trancelike state. I only nodded in response as we finally landed at the place I had in mind.
Dagobah beach.
Since I cleaned it, this beach not only has a awesome sunrise and sunset, but it's also equally beautiful at night. The night sky makes it look as if the sky itself is using the ocean as a mirror. When we landed, I didn't slow down as much as I intended which caused us to land in a roll on the sand. Now, I was laying on my back with Todoroki on top of me. Thank chaos I hide my wings again before we started to roll. That would have definitely hurt. We both stared at each other for a few moments before he slipped off to lay next to me on his back. "Sorry for laying on top of you..." he mumbled out. It sounded muffled since his head was turned away from me. I chuckled.
"It's fine, Todoroki! I should be apologizing for the rough landing."
"No need. And you can call me Shoto if you want."
"Alright....Shoto. And I thought I already told you to call me Izuku." I said trying out the name.
He nodded and we sat in a comfortable silence just enjoying the other's presence. The only sound you could hear was the ocean waves and the far off sounds of the city. Todoroki sat up, breaking the silence. "Izuku, I actually called you out here to tell you something." I hummed to let him know I'm listening. "I like you....more than as a friend, I mean."
My mind paused for a minute and I was mentally trying not to freak out. He basically just confessed! My body moved on it's own, pulling him close to kiss him. His lips tasted surprisingly sweet. When we broke apart, my thoughts caught up to me. I kissed him! I didn't even realize I started to ramble.
"I'm sorry! Well, not really since I don't regret it. But it probably made you uncomfortable. I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable. And I like you as more than a friend too but I don't know why you're interested in me. Would this make us boyfriends? I don't-" I was stopped by a pair of lips kissing me. "Calm down, you're the most interesting person I've ever met and I can ask the actual question if that would help. Would you be my boyfriend?" I tackled my human peppermint right then and there, planting kisses all over his face while yelling out yes mutiple times. It felt nice to call him mine and to know I'm now his.
We stayed close together for a few more minutes until we realized it was now a little past midnight. I talked him into me walking to his house with him instead of him walking me home. I would like to not let him get stab wounds from someone on the way to the mansion. I silently sighed to myself at the thought since I would have to tell him the truth, especially if we're going to make this relationship work. I just hope he doesn't think any differently of me. We got up then headed to the sidewalk. I shook some leftover sand out of my hair as we continued down the street talking.
"We could get there faster if we flew there." I said, slightly suggesting we fly.
"I rather not get dropped tonight, thank you."
"I said I wasn't going to drop you!"
At least let me enjoy being with him.....just for a little bit longer.
