Izuku POV

It took a few tries before I could finally stand up and walk around without any help. The horns didn't feel as heavy as they did at first now. "Trust me! You really do make horns look good, Izuku!" Trender said as he gave me another look over before nodded to himself as if he was agreeing to a decision.

"Look on the bright side, Kid. Those horns can be used as handles when you-"

"Offender! Now's not the time for one of your nasty ideas!" Splendor yelled, quickly shutting down the being in question.

"Isn't that the point? Besides Splendor, I was merely suggesting to him that-"

I stopped paying attention to Splendy and Offender as they continued their arguing. Once the arguing began to escalate, Trender tried his best to calm them down. Key word is tried. Splendor and Offender teleported away, probably back to the mansion, as Trender sweat dropped. "I'll....uh, I'll go make sure they don't burn anything down." Trender said then teleported away after them. Now it was just me and Slendy.

"Would you like to come with us, child?" Slender asked, breaking the silence that began to form. I shook my head as I made my way to door. "I think I'll stay. I also don't want to get wrapped up in their newest argument."

Slender let out a deep chuckle that still sent chills down my spine no matter how many times I've heard it before. Slender nodded at me, bidding a silent farewell for now. The lights started to flicker, growing more violent as time passed when he then teleported away, and the lights returned to normal. I let out an airy chuckle of my own. Slendy was always one for dramatics when he wants to. I winced once I crossed the threshold since my horns grazed the door. It seems they're just as sensitive as my tail can be.

The comment that Offender was trying to say came to mind. I knew what he was about to say, and I couldn't stop the blush from spreading across my cheeks once it fully registered. I quickly shook away the thoughts and before I knew it, I was standing in front of the 1-A door. I peeked my head through the door to see Aizawa getting out of his sleeping bag and the class being unusually quiet. The class just seemed so.......gloomy.

"What's with the frowns? Someone stole your breakfast or something?" I questioned as I fully walked in the room. Heads instantly turned towards me with their eyes wide so fast, I would've thought their necks have cracked a little. I almost missed the multiple yells of my name by the sudden weight of a certain trio and slightly winced. My body was still sore after all. Luckily, I kept my balance as Shoto, Kacchan, and Lolli hugged me tightly. Well, Shoto and Lolli hugged me tightly....Kacchan just scolded me while shaking me back and forth. I don't even know how he went from yelling about my 'dumbass plans' to 'how dare you be taller than me'. Once I thought he was done yelling at me, I finally spoke up.

"You can stop shaking me like a doll now..." He did what I said, seeming to just realize what he was still doing and let me go the huffed out a breath.

"Glad to see you're not dead, nerd."

I gave a chuckle and finally turned my attention to Shoto and Lolli who were still hugging me, their grip loose compared to before. I could see the eyebags under the fox demon's emerald eyes. Even though Shoto looked to be holding himself together well, I would have to be blind to miss the swirls of emotion turning behind those beautiful, mismatched eyes. I hope they didn't beat themselves up over what happened. Having to slightly look down at the two just further reminded me of the recent height change. I find it funny how since Shoto and Lolli were about the same height and I was the shorter of the two, reaching around the height of their necks. Now the tables have turned, and they have to look up, their reach ending around my chest. A soft smile planted itself on my face. I ruffled Lolli's hair as a silent form of comfort which was met with purrs and a sigh of relief. She gave me a tired smile before going back to her desk.

Now it was just Shoto.

He long since stopped hugging me yet didn't let go of my hand like it was lifeline. He wouldn't even look me in the eye. I softly guided his face towards me and let our foreheads touch, making blue and grey met a new dark emerald, then wrapped my arms around his waist. "I missed you too, Shoto...." I whispered out quiet enough where only we could hear and watched as the storms in his eyes began to calm. I heard Aizawa clear his throat, breaking our little personal bubble. I honestly forgot we had an audience. I could now hear them say something about adorable romance or something like that. I thought I even say money being exchanged between a few of them. Because of some kind of bet they had going most likely.

I reluctantly let go of his waist but still kept a grip on his hand as we went to my seat, and I pulled him into my lap. He tried to fight it but soon gave up once realizing I wasn't going to let him up that easy. Aizawa was about to say something but was interrupted by the class exploding into chatter, different questions aimed at me that I could barely understand from them speaking so quickly at the same time. Being mindful of the horns, I buried my face into Sho-kun's shoulder to block out some of the noise. I knew they were loud, but I don't remember them being this painfully loud. Apparently, my senses are more sensitive so R.I.P. to my hearing. I felt Sho-kun's hands stroke my hair softly and felt chills go down my spine when he accidentally brushed against my horns. I thought my headache would come back but then everything fell silent.

I peeked my eyes open to see a very mad Sensei, hair floating and eyes burning red. I wonder if his hair ever got stuck on a ceiling fan when using his quirk. I would believe Present Mic would get his hair stuck in dat way before Aizawa would.

"Now since Midoriya is back, the school thinks it's best to enforce a dorm system for your protection. We will do home visits to gain your parents' permission to stay on campus. No class next week to give you all time to settle in and to get everyone's permission. Midoriya, Lolli, meet me after class. Understood?"

"Hai, Sensei!"

"Good. Do whatever until lunch. Don't wake me up."

Some things never change, huh?
