1) Revisioning the Levitation Charm (Year Two)
"Today, we are going to review the spells we have learned in the First Year. What about starting with the Levitation Charm?" Professor Flitwick started the first Charms lesson of the Second Year with reviewing.
"Yes, Professor Flitwick," everyone chanted and started working on their spells.
After a moment, a chorus of "Wingardium Leviosa"s was heard around the room. But not long after, something wrong happened.
"I can't do it!" It was Teresa.

What did it mean that Teresa could not do the spell? She was one of Lucinda's Year's smartest kids, and Lucinda certainly remembered that Teresa succeeded in doing the Levitation Charm on the very first day.
"What do you mean?" Lucinda softly asked.
"I can't do this simple stupid spell. It's like I don't have any magic in me anymore." Teresa was on the verge of tears.
"We should tell the Professors. It's not common for you not to succeed in such a simple spell," Thomas suggested.
2) Lucinda finds out evidence of child abuse
Something was wrong. Lucinda could see the scratches and bruises on their arms and legs.
"Did you guys hurt yourselves recently? That's a lot of scratches..." Lucinda asked.
The three exchanged a look of uncertainty and sadness. Something was definitely wrong.
"Something's wrong... Look, we're friends. You can tell me."
