Fake Chapter 34

When we got home I took my armor off then fell into sapnaps arms and cried. Sapnap held me for a while and let me cry. "I will kill him." Sapnap says.

"I've said the same thing you know." I said. Sapnap sighs.

"Yea I know." He replies. I buried my face in his shirt and he tightened his arms around me. We were sitting on his bed and I was in his lap.

"Nick?" I ask.

"Yea?" He replies. For some reason whenever I use his name it gets his complete attention. I'm the only one who he allows to call Nick.

"I love you." I say. Nick buries his face in my neck.

"I love you too." He says.

"Can we go watch the sun rise?" I ask.

"It doesn't rise for another hour or so Beautiful. But sure. Then we can go get scones from Nikki." Sapnap says. Sapnap gets up and carefully sets me on the bed. He tosses me his hoodie and grabs a blanket. I put on his hoodie and got up. Sapnap offers his hand and I take it. We walk to sapnaps yard where he lays the blanket down and we lay down on top. I snuggle into sapnap and he wraps an arm around me. His hoodie smelt like campfire.

"We should get a dog. One day when there isn't a war I want a dog." Sapnap says.

"Oh yea. What kind would you get." I ask.

"I've always wanted a bloodhound." Sapnap answers.

"What?" I say giggling.

"They're big and lazy and have squishy faces." He says. I laughed a little more and he joined in.

"You remind me of a puppy." I tell him.

"How so?" He asks.

"You're cuddly and energetic and follow me around everywhere. Also you're just outright adorable." I say. He chuckles.

"What could we name the puppy if we got it?" He asks.

"Max." I answer.

"Ah, that's such a common name."

"It's cute though." I say.

"That's true." He responds. The sun starts to peak over the horizon and I bury my face in his chest. Sapnap reaches over and tucks a piece of hair behind my ear.

"I saw wilbur and tommy today." I tell him.

"I figured. At least you finally told me." He says.

"You knew?" I ask.

"Yea I kinda figured." He says.

"You're not mad?" I say.

"Of course not you told me and didn't lie to me about where you went." He says. The sun started to make its way over the horizon.

"Wilbur is going insane not being in Lmanburg." I tell him. I always felt comfortable talking to sapnap. Conversation came easily.

"I would go insane being away from you too." Sapnap says jokingly.

"I'm worried about him." I say.

"Keep visiting him. I'm sure it helps." Sapnap says. I knew he didn't really know how to help but he was trying. The sun started to rise and I stayed in Sapnaps arms. When we finally got up I grabbed the letter Wilbur had written for Nikki and brought it with me too Nikki's bakery/cafe. When I gave her the letter she read it in front of me and almost cried. I told her I'd bring a letter from her back.
