Chapter 36

 It was around 5 am. I had to wake up and meet Ranboo outside of Lmanburg. I was going to take him to pogtopia. I sit up and Sapnap groans then rolls over and sleeps. I giggle and rub his back for a second. I kiss his cheek and get dressed. I put on my armour and sword then just before I walk out the door Sapnap says "I love you." I tell him I love him too and grab the letter from Nikki then leave. I get to the outskirts of Lmanburg where I see ranboo. Ranboo also had armor on and a backpack and duffle bag with him.

"Are you ready?" I whisper. He nods and we enter Lmanburg. I show Ranboo the tunnel and we enter. We get in the carts and make the journey to Pogtopia. We arrived and Techno was the only one awake. I hadn't gotten to see techno. Last time I visited pogtopia he was on a trip getting netherite from the nether.

It was about a week after I had beaten Dream. The day after I beat him I visited to talk with Phil about letting ranboo live in pogtopia. Phil agreed and we took a day to build him a small shack near the house for him to live in. I showed ranboo his shack and he went in to unpack. I went inside the house to find Techno making a pot of coffee. "Techno!" I say.

"Hey [y/n]." He says casually.

"Techno I beat Dream in a duel and in hand to hand." I say. Techno sets down his cup of coffee.

"Wait really?" He says.

"Yea. I wanted you to be the first person from pogtopia to find out." I say.

"No one has ever beaten Dream in hand to hand before." Techno says.

"I know. But I gave myself away." I say. Techno tilts his head curiously.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

"Dream found out I've been training with you." I say.

"Hm. How did he find out?" He says.

"He recognized my stance." I say. Techno nods.

"How'd he take it?" He asks.

"Well, not well. He went on about how I was playing dumb and how he could have created a 'weapon of his own destruction'." I tell Techno. Techno laughs.

"He could be right." He says. I shake my head softly and pour a cup of coffee. "So phil said Ranboo was coming. Is he here?" Techno asks. Techno always liked Ranboo. Ranboo was one of my best friends growing up so he saw Ranboo quite often. Whenever they saw each other they got along pretty well.

"Yea he should be coming in soon." I say. Right on que Ranboo walked in.

"Technoblade!" Ranboo says.

"Ayy ranboo!" Techno says. I leave the two to talk on their own and walk upstairs. When I get upstairs I saw that Wilbur was awake sitting on his bed.

"[y/n]!" he says. Wilbur gets up and hugs me. I took a step back and looked at Wilbur. He had cleaned himself up. Though he had trimmed his hair he looked cleaned up there were still dark circles under his eyes.

"Hey will!" I say.

"How've you been?" He asks.

"I'm good." I say smiling at him. Then I look around. No one else seemed to have waken up yet. "Actually can we talk?" I ask.

"Sure come in." He say. Wilbur and I enter his and technos room then he closes the door. "Whats going on?" He asks. I took a deep breath.

"Remember how you told me you thought Schlatt was going to kill me?" I say. Will nods. Then I told him the whole story of how Schlatt had known my parents and gotten leverage by getting them to agree to giving him my hand in marriage. Wilbur seemed appalled.

"I want to kill that man." Wilbur says.

"You're not the only one." I say.

"I can imagine." He replies. Wilbur and I talked about the situation as the sun rose. Then I remembered.

"Oh wilbur!" I say. I reach in my bag and hand him the letter from Nikki. Wilbur immediately opens it up and reads it silently to himself in front of me.

"Oh [y/n], thank you." He says before hugging me. I smile at him then a knock at the door is heard. The door opens and I see phil.

"So techno said you had something to tell me." Philza says. I smile at him and hug him.

"I beat Dream in a duel." I say.

"What? That's awesome. My little girl beating Dream." Philza says smiling. I hug him then look at Wilbur.

"You beat Dream?" He says. I nod. Wilbur leans forward and hugs me.

"Did you like the letter?" I say. He nods.

"I can't wait till the day I get to see her again." Wilbur says. His words melt my heart.

Wilbur and I talk a little longer than head downstairs. I decided to go help Ranboo unpack and make sure his shack looks good. His shack was small but cozy. It reminded me of a smaller version of my house before tnt went off in it. Ranboo and I discuss how training had gone and he told me about how he was excited for living away from the drama ov Lmanburg. I was excited for him.

Then tommy knocked on the door wondering if I wanted to go mess around with him. Tommy and I decided to go into the woods by pogtopia and visit an old tree house of ours. The tree house was too rundown and unstable for us to be able to sand safely on it but I we still climbed the tree. I told tommy about beating Dream and he seemed proud. Then Techno came out and found us and told me I still needed to train with him.

Techno and I sparred with axes for about 2 hours before going to eat lunch. Even though I could beat Dream I couldn't beat Techno. I came close but ultimately he would win. We got back to the house and made lunch for everyone. After making lunch everyone including ranboo, came inside to eat. I was happy to find out tommy and Ranboo were getting along well. Then I decided it was time to go back.

I took the minerail home and snuck back into Lmanburg. Once again I had almost made my way out of Lmanburg till I came across schlatt. He was standing in front of the exit to Lmanburg with Punz and fundy at his side. "Well then darling, what did we say about the Armor?"

"I said you didn't have any authority over me." I state. I look around for Quackity but don't see him.

"Well then you leave me no choice. You're under arrest."
