Percival Kane had just snuggled, rather comfortably, or as comfortable as he could get, into the hospital bed. That's when the door creaked open to his room. He attempted to lift up and see who was entering his room. He hadn't talked with anyone or scheduled any visits. Who was it?

Before he could respond, a black bag was thrown over his head. He screamed as he felt himself being unhooked and lifted from the bed. Then he was carried out of the room and eventually dropped into something...a lid slammed shut on him as he wriggled out of the bag and caught sight of where he was.

He was outside, in the trunk of a car. The lid trapped him inside of the small space. He screamed again and punched as best as he could at the lid but he was too weak from being in the bed. Suddenly his head began to pound and agony washed over him.

Percy gave up and clutched his head, wondering in amongst the sharp daggers of pain where he was going? Who was taking him? And most of all...why? Was is a dream? No, he was definitely conscious.

A few more minutes later, the vehicle jerked to a stop and Percy had to brace himself from hitting his head against the corner of the small trunk. he could hear the faint muffled sound of doors slamming shut and then bickering and voices and footsteps.

Suddenly the lid lifted up and a million hands were on him. Three people yanked him from the trunk, while the fourth held it open. Before he could have a chance to take in his surrounding or anything, Percy's head was once again covered by the bag and his arms were yanked behind him.

He felt a foot slam into the back of his knee, forcing him to stumble forward. A deep voice growled, "Walk!" So, Percy walked forward, wherever forward was and was forced into some building or house. The sound of the trunk slamming and the lock of the car, followed by the slamming and locking of a door alerted him just how serious of a situation he was in.

"Where am I? Who are you?" Percy attempted to ask.

He was greeted by no answer and instead shoved into a soft, cushiony chair. Finally the bag was removed. Percy blinked, finding himself in the living room of some fancy Bostonian house. In front of him, a gorgeous blond with piercing yellow eyes sat in another chair. She was petting a professionally groomed bengal cat.

"Welcome Percy Kane," she greeted with a sly smile.

Percy gulped and looked around him. "Where am I and who are you? Why did you kidnap me?"

The woman let the cat jump to the ground before she stood up. She strutted over and looked down at the hockey player. "You're in Boston...and this will all make sense to you. We do not wish to harm you Percy as we are your biggest fans, but the JLBS is not exactly impressed with the league right now..." She trailed off, speaking as she rounded him and the chair, lightly grazing her hand up his arm, over his head and down his other arm as she walked.

"The JLBS?" Percy questioned, narrowing his eyes at her.

"The Justice League of Boston Sports...mainly we focus on the sport of hockey though. And I am the leader, Angelica."

"Well, Angelica, if you all are my fans, why the hell would you think it's okay to abduct me? And especially since you know I have a bloody concussion!" Percy stated, furiously. Two men moved forward and stood at ready, thinking he might attack or try to escape them and he was considering it.

"See, that's the thing, we don't think you have a concussion anymore...we think that you're prime to play! And maybe the organization is just being safe and conscious and idiotic!" Angelica said.

"How are they being idiotic if they are being safe? I suffered a blow to the head thanks to a KO'd punch from Israel Wassmuth...and now I am in recovery mode, if you can't except that...you aren't really fans. You are just a bunch of insane people who kidnapped a hockey player for no reason!"
