Jessica eventually left her friend, with a word of warning. "Remember to take those pills. I care about you Piper. Please, take care of yourself."

Piper nodded to her and saw her out the door. "I will. I'll see you on Friday!"

"I look forward to hanging out. We can figure out what we want to do that day, then."

"Yes."

"Well, bye Piper. See you on Friday then!" Jessica waved to her and headed down the sidewalk to her car on the curb. She got in, waved again to Piper, who waved back, and then she zoomed down the street, heading away from the Peregrine house.

Piper closed the door and returned to her couch, grinning wickedly. "Of course I'll take my pills Jess. She tossed the bag into the trash and grabbed her things from the living room and the couch and prepared to head to her room, heading out of the living room back in the direction of the front door. She halted though and turned to the TV, which was still on. The station was covering the Blackhawks postgame report on it.

She paused and cocked her head in curiosity as she listened to the broadcasters talk about the annual Blackhawks Convention coming up. She knew a little bit about the Convention and knew that it was held every year. This was the first year however that she was really excited about it and wanting to go.

It just so happened that they were discussing it and it suddenly rang in her mind that she could go and possibly meet Jeremy. She really wanted to.

She sat back down on the couch, dumping her stuff once more and paid attention to the details and everything. As her mind locked in on her idea, she pulled her phone out and tapped the screen. Her fan-made image of Jeremy popped up on the screen, but she slid her finger across and unlocked her phone. She typed in the number, which flashed on the screen and then put the cell to her ear.

After a few rings, she went through a pre-recorded message and followed the instructions, booking tickets for the Convention. Then she got on her computer and finished booking them. And in two days, she'd be going to the Convention in Boston. She made sure that she got a special pass, so that she could meet Jeremy in person.

As she printed the pass and tickets out that were necessary, she snickered to herself and muttered, "Someway or another, Jeremy Sagan will be mine. And Percy Kane too."

She returned to her room and anxiously waited the next few days. Unbeknownst to her, even though she did know, Jessica had planned to hang out with her on the day of the Blackhawks Convention starting. However, Piper was so excited and focused on the hockey player and team that she forgot.

She knew she'd have to vanish in case Jessica came by to see her or check up on her. She loved her friend, but she had to go into hiding. She grabbed her things and packed up. She made a plan for herself. She would stay at a hotel Downtown, near the Convention hotel and plan to be there for four nights. Then from there, she'd go to the Convention.

And so she filled her car up with her stuff, including clothes, some snack food, money, her computer and electronics and then locked her house. She returned to her car and pulled out, leaving her house.

There was no turning back now.

She drove into Downtown and to the hotel. She checked in and then brought her stuff in. Luckily she'd stayed alone before and her family allowed her to do all this and provided her with the sufficient amount of cash necessary. In all words, she was pampered.

She turned on the TV in the hotel room and found NESN, the sports station for New England. They were playing a Blackhawks game on the channel, so she settled in and pinpointed her precious player.

"Jeremy Sagan, you don't know me yet, but you will. We're going to fall in love at first sight and get married and have kids!" Piper sighed romantically and shifted into a position on the bed, lying on her stomach. She rested her head into her hands, which were cupped on the sides of her face and she lifted her legs behind her and kicked at the air, sighing again. "Oh you perfect man, you."

She continued to watch the game and enjoy seeing Jeremy. At one point the hockey player scored a goal and winked to the crowd behind the boards, flashing them a smoldering look. It only made Piper squeal like a fangirl.

Meanwhile, the next morning, back in her neighborhood, Jessica sat in her car. She felt uneasy and she felt the need to go visit her friend. She pulled out, deciding to listen to her stomach, which churned with the uneasiness. She made it to the silent Peregrine house and walked up to the door, after pulling into the driveway.

Jessica knocked on the door and called out, "Piper! Piper, answer the door!"

No response.

After no response came, she peered in through a window and then returned to her car. She grabbed the emergency key and opened the door and entered. The house was deathly silent and Jessica's heart pounded in her chest and her stomach churned more.

"PIPER!" she called against.

There was still no response.

Jessica darted up the stairs to the side of the living room and door and headed up and to the left, into Piper's room. She found it empty. Oh God...where is she? She didn't take her meds! She could be anywhere and she could have Jeremy or Percy or someone held hostage against their will! Oh God!

Jessica pulled at her hair, looking around the room for any clues or anything. She found nothing and so she hurried back down the stairs and checked the garage.

No car.

Where is she? Where is Piper? Jessica thought to herself, feeling sick. She returned to the house and looked around for any clues as to where her friend would be. If worst came to worst, she'd phone Piper's parents and the Blackhawks. Especially the Blackhawks. She had to let them know that Jeremy Sagan and Percival Kane were in danger. (Again, mostly Jeremy here.)

"Oh, Piper Peregrine, where did you go? What have you done?" She raked a hand through her curly brown hair, looking around the empty house with worry. I should have never left her. I should have stayed and made sure she took the pills. She always does though, why wouldn't she now? Why would she stop and spiral out of control?

Jessica padded over to the living room, passing the stairs, the door and over a small wooden platform and then dropped down on the couch, sighing. "Where would you go, Piper?" She flipped on the TV, finding the sports news playing on it. They were covering the Convention and talking about how this one "would be different than the rest." Jessica sat up and shook her head.

"Piper, you didn't?!" Jessica gasped and threw her hands up and covered her face, shaking it as the program continued to talk about the Blackhawks Convention and how excited fans were and about all the players attending.

She knew she would have to do something before Piper did anything bad and regretted what she would do. And Jessica worried it would be something pretty illegal. Jeremy was in terrible danger and was in the sight of a crazy, off-the-pill Love Disordered young woman named Piper Peregrine.
