Suga's P.o.v

Daichi just took me on a date. It was honestly really random. He texted me saying he was outside and to get dressed. It was honestly so cute. Last night I had gone on a rant about wanting to go to this American style diner that had recently opened up. So when we pulled up to the diner today, I was a little shocked but overall I was definitely lovesick. I honestly don't know how I got so lucky.

I thought he was gonna take me back home but considering the fact that we passed my exit I guess not. "Where are we going now?" I questioned looking out at the sky. The sun is gonna set soon. "Oh no where in particular." He replied keeping his eyes on the road. There's no point in asking again. In the three years we've been dating, he's always been the same about surprises. 'Surprises are meant to stay a surprise' He always said.

   I have to admit, it keeps things interesting. There's never a dull moment when I'm with him. I had got so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't realize we were slowing down. Looking around I didn't see anything I recognized. Although what I did see was beautiful. There was a beach with sand of a nice caramel color. Getting out of the car I took a look around. It was the perfect space for a getaway

   There was nothing around but the beautiful beach. The sunset was reflected on the water and it was a sight to behold. I was starstruck, there was no reason for a place to hold such beauty. Turning I noticed Daichi was out of the car as well. He had a guitar in one hand and held the other out towards me.

   "Come, take a walk with me." He said smiling at me. "How could I ever refuse?" I smiled and took his hand. We walked along the beach and taking in the nice salty breeze. It brings back the nostalgia of all the calming beach trips we've ever taken, like our first date. Suddenly he halted his steps, and I followed suit. He sat down and patted the spot next to him. I took the request and sat down beside him.

   "You know how much I love you right?" He questioned with a light smile on his lips. "Of course I do. How could I not when your always spoiling me with love?" At this he just smiled. We sat in quiet for a moment listening to the tides. The silence was broken when he fixed his guitar upright. "Are you gonna play a little song for me~ ??" I teased. To my surprise he replied with a simple 'Yup' before fishing his pick out of his pocket. Taking a small breath he began playing.

   "Watashi wa watashi, anata wa anata to" (I am only me and you are only you.)

The words he said to me  late last night echoed in my head. 'I wanna marry you one day suga'

I blushed subconsciously placing my hand over the stain.
