"Is he dead?"
The groups celebrations were paused by Alexis' weak voice.
"Did I just, did I just kill someone?"
The girl had gone a pale sickly colour.
"Shit, Lex- you didn't hit him."
JJ sunk to his knees next to her.
"He fell I saw him," she scrunched up her face clutching her head.
"Alex, are you having another one of your migraines?"
She nodded and John B frowned, "I thought you were gonna talk to your parents about seeing a doctor."
A tear ran down the girl's cheek, "I did, they, um, they said I was lying about it."
On the journey home, she slept with her head in Kiara's lap, everyone sharing concerned looks.
"She didn't hit him I don't think."
"They were shooting at us."
"Shut up, you're gonna wake her."
"But-"
"Shut up."

"Guys, guys I think she's waking up."
Alexis groaned, "JJ literally shut up."
"Wow real sweet Lex."
"You were out for a while, does this happen a lot?"
"Nah," she sat up, "what time is it?"
"Uh, six?" Pope looked at his watch and nodded.
"Shit, shit, shit," the girl ran around the chateau collecting various belongings of hers that were scattered over the place.
"Going somewhere?" John B walked into the chateau, his hair dripping sea water everywhere.
"My mom said- I have to- my mom said to be home for a business thing at ten to six, she's gonna, they're gonna be so pissed."
"Just apologise and say you won't do it again, I'm sure they'll understand?" Pope shrugged.
"Um, yeah, yeah okay, uh John B can you give me a lift?"
JJ shook his head, "he's had far too much to drink, I'm pretty much sober I'll take you."
The brunette looked at Alexis, to make sure she was okay with it and nodded.
"Okay, you, uh, you got everything?"
She looked around and nodded.
"Okay let's go princess."
He grabbed her bag and walked her out the door.
