John B shook his head. "Give her some time to cool off, she'll be back in an hour."
"You don't know that."
"Yes I do, every time she does it. Alex will come crying then get real close and cuddly, then gets worried about being too close and then storms off. Within the hour she comes back and apologises."
They sat down on the hammock.
"You've never kissed her though."
"Yeah I have, after she came back and apologised she kindly rejected me."
"Shit, she's gonna reject me isn't she?"
"Alex doesn't like being held back by relationships, I would say there's a nine out of ten chance?"
They sat in silence swigging their beer.
"Did you know what her parents did?"
"Truthfully kinda, I mean I had suspicions but whenever I asked she freaked. She's a lot like how you were before you told me."
He paused for a moment.
"I think we should go to miss Lana's. To see why scooter had my dads compass."
JJ nodded, not really listening and looked around eagerly for Alexis.
"Dude just relax, she'll be back."

"Hey beautiful, whatcha doing here? Had a fight with one of your little friends?"
Alex stepped out of the shadow.
"Holy shit, which one did it? Was it that bastard JJ? Or that lil bitch John B? I'll kill them, you know I will."
"It's fine, my dad got me, I moved out."
She sat down next to him and placed her legs over his lap.
"And what can I do for you?"
The girl shrugged and allowed him to pull her onto his lap.
"I have some coke I need trying out, ten we can have some fun yeah?"
Nodding she leant against his chest.
"Do you need them bruises sorted out? The look bad. He might have got you bleeding."
Pulling her shirt off, Alexis nodded again.
"Shit, this is like really fucked up."
"Yeah whatever, let's get fucked."
