Fluff ~Shinsou x reader~

"We still have time to choose a different oneeeeee." you practically whined as you tugged at your boyfriend's arm." It doesn't have to be a scary one."

You and your boyfriend had decided to go to the movies and you were being generous enough to let him choose this time since you two only watched the movies that you suggested. Of course Shinsou was gonna go for the scariest movie from the list, knowing damn well how you got with jump scares.

"So, you're telling me that you would fight any villain at any time but you're scared of monsters on the tv screen?"

Okay, maybe he was right but you couldn't just control what scared you and what didn't.

"Come on, Shinsou," you said, refusing to let go of your boyfriend's arm as the line proceeded to move."You're gonna be asleep halfway through the movie anyways."

"That's far from the truth, kitten,~" he denied, giving you a peck on your cheek.

You blushed but not before raising an eyebrow, eyeing him knowingly. It had been set a new record that every time you two went out to the movies, you would find Shinsou asleep, halfway through. Though he claimed that it was because he found the movie, rather boring, you refused to believe him.

Your guy's turn finally came up and you could only frown as he bought two tickets to the movie you could describe as the most horror. He paid for the tickets and a bag of popcorn and then you two headed off.

"I seriously hate you." you said as you guys took your seat in the back.

"Love you too, baby,~" he whispered.

You looked at the theatre screen and realised that you guys made it right on time just after the last ad finished. The movie started off, showing a peaceful looking house but you had seen enough horror movies to know that the worst happened at these places.

The room was dark, the other people who had come to watch the movie were silent as well. You reached for the bag of popcorn when all of a sudden someone grabbed your hand and you let out a small scream before covering your mouth with your hands.

A few people turned their heads around to shush you and you waved a hand to them in apology. They turned their attention back to the movie and you turned your head around to glare at your boyfriend who was trying his best not to laugh.

"Hitoshi Shinsou!" you hissed, keeping your voice low to a whisper so the other people don't get disturbed."I swear, I will blast you with my lasers if you tried anything after this."

You brought your fingers up in order to show him the tips of your nails where the lasers blasted from. He didn't seem at all intimidated as he grapped a few popcorns from the bag, munching on them.

You both turned your eyes to the screen once more which was a bad idea as one of the worst jump scares happened. A few people in the room screamed and yes, you were one of them, jumping onto Shinsou without warning.

"I told you I hated jump scares!" you cried, hitting his chest with not much force into it.

"And I said you shouldn't be," he whispered back.

"I can't just control what scares me," you inform, generously.

"Yet, you aren't scared of me anymore," he reminded you.

It was true. You guys studied together in middle school and for a while you feared him. Well, that was all before you got to know him. That's when you realised that he was the sweetest person you could've ever met and people just misjudged him because of his quirk.

"That was different," you said after a while of thinking.

"Different how?"

"It's different because I wasn't actually scared of you, I just..didn't know you as well,"

He was just about to respond when one of the people in charge came up to you two telling you that you had to leave since you guys were distracting other people. You took your boyfriend's arm, glad to leave that hell of a place and were about to sit in the car when Shinsou stopped you, whispering something in your ear.

"You will be punished for this when we get home,~"
