You shifted in your sleep, placing a hand to the side, expecting to feel Bakugou next to you. You sat upright, looking around the bed to see if Bakugou was there but he wasn't.

"Katsuki?" you whispered, forgetting that he wouldn't hear you even if he was in the room.

You got up, turning the bedside lamp on before going to the bathroom to see better and that's when you noticed a note on the dresser.

You hurried over to it, picking it up and reading it. You fell to the ground, unable to believe the words that were written. You shook your head, tears in your eyes as you ran out of your dorm room.

You ran straight to the roof, frantically trying to look for him. There he was, standing at the edge of the roof, a piece of paper in his hand. You didn't spare a second, running to him and pulling him towards you just as he was about to jump off.

He fell on top of you and you closed your eyes, hugging him tightly as you cried. You pulled away from him, still keeping him close to you as you used sign language to communicate with him.

"I'm sorry," he cried and you had never seen him acting this way, the sight making your heart hurt." You shouldn't have saved me. I'm just another burden in your life and you would have been better off without me."

You closed your eyes, more in anger than in sadness. You weren't mad at him but rather at yourself for making him think that he was a burden. You opened your eyes, using your fingers.

'Burden? You think you're a burden? The only reason I still breathe is you! I wouldn't spare a second and give up my life if I didn't have you!'(this is basically what you said in sign language to him.)

You hugged him again, both of you crying into each other's arms.

"I thought you would leave me," he whispered, resting his head on your shoulder.

You shook your head, kissing his forehead, wiping the tears of off his cheeks.

'I thought I was the dumbass?'

"Still doesn't change that. Your still a dumbass. My dumbass,"

'Oh really?'

"Tch. Don't even get me started,"

You scoffed, ruffling his hair a bit as he pouted in annoyance. You giggled, admiring how cute he looked at that moment. You gave him a quick kiss on the lips, before getting up from the ground. You then proceeded to help him up as well, placing your arms protectively around him.

You got down from the roof, making sure not to make any noise, not wanting to wake up any of your classmates. You guys went to your room and you helped him get into bed, laying down with him.

He immediately cuddled closer to you as if on reflex as he closed your eyes. You started stroking his hair, your arms holding him close as he finally drifted into sleep.

You looked down at him with a smile, a peaceful smile on his face when you noticed the same paper in his hand from before. You slowly took it from him, trying not to wake him up and realised it was a picture. A picture of you!

He was about to jump off, ready to end it all and even in that moment, he wanted to keep you close. You placed the picture in your bedside drawer, slowly getting up, placing a pillow next to him before going to the dresser.

You picked up the note that you were supposed to find after he jumped off, refusing to read those horrifying words again. You walked out of the dorm room and into the balcony.

A few rays of Sun fell on your face, indicating the start of a new day. You used a match that you had gotten from the kitchen, lighting the note on fire. You watched the words burn, a thin line coming across your face as you threw the rest of the paper to the side.

"I promise, I'll kill my self before I let anything happen to you!"

You walked back inside, closing the dorm room as you laid back down with Bakugou, once again wrapping your arms around him.
