Chapter Seventeen

~Amberly's Point of View~

• I felt my heart sink. He was standing in front of me. My, apparently, biological father. My blood father. The one who had to give me up to save my life.

So many emotions are going on inside of me I don't know how to feel. I am shocked, paralyzed even. He stood ten feet in front of me.

Unable to touch me unless one of the Jacks ask him in. I just stood there as Renessmee said "Come in"

He looked at me and I shook my head, signaling him that this wasn't her house. He nodded and said "You know I think I like it outside"

"Okay..." she trailed off, looking at me asking "Do you know him?" I looked at him and back at her.

I opened my mouth to say yes but decided not to and closed it again. I glanced up at the Original Hybrid standing in front of me.

He was smiling but looked like he was getting irritated. "Renessmee, love." Klaus started. She turned towards him.

"How do you know my name. Who are you?" She asked. "Listen to me-" he spoke clearly, he had her all of her attention, "I am your friend, you can trust me. Now, please step outside. I'm sure my brother Kol can keep you company." He said.

A really attractive guy stood beside Klaus. "Hello, gorgeous. I'm Kol" he spoke. He also had a strong English accent.

She nodded and he motioned her to come outside by tilting his head. She walked out with him "Renessmee no" I whispered to her.

But she went outside with...my uncle? Yeah, I think he is my uncle.

Klaus smiled and said "Why don't you come and say hello to your father?" I just stood there.

"I know its scary sweetheart, but I have been waiting to see you for seventeen years" he said. "Hey, you and Renessmee have been gon a while-" I heard Matt say from behind me but he stopped himself.

"What is he doing here?" Matt asked.

"Well, its nice to meet you also, Matthew" Klaus said. "How do you know my name?" Matt asked.

"I know a lot of things" Klaus said. "Now I would appreciate it if you would give me my beloved, Hope" Klaus added.

"Her name is Amberly" Matt said gettimg in front of me, in a protective stance. "You fool, I can't come in and even uf I could, do you think you could fight me?" Klaus said.

"Hey, has anyone seen Renes- Klaus!" Jack G said. Great another person to just wonder in here...what if Cameron walks in? Or Nash, or the others?

Jack stood in front of me also. Do they really think they can stop my dad from getting me.

I should have just went outside like her wanted me to...

"Oh, Jack. Wouldn't you just hate it if something were to happen to your little girlfriend..." Klaus said pointing at Kol and Renessmee in the yard, both laughing.

"Renessmee" Jack whispered. "Don't touch her" I said pushing past Matt and Jack. "I'll talk to you, not just for her but I have a lot of questions." I said.

Klaus smiled, "Good girl but I suggest you invite me and Kol in."

I looked at Jack and gave him the please, for me? He will kill us all.

Jack sighed. "Alright" Klaus smiled and Kol appeared at the door with Renessmee.

Poor Renessmee has no idea of what is going on. "Klaus, Kol. Come...in" Jack hesitated at first but Renessmee was put as leverage and in the end I know he would risk his life to save her.
