~Amberly's Point of View~

• I couldn't bring myself to ask about Klaus and Hayley. Its just that this man sitting on the couch downstairs, has raised me and I love him. He has always been there for me.

I just never thought he would lie to me about something like this. I was brought out of my thoughts by my phone ringing. Renessmee.

"Hello?" I answered. "We have a problem!" She yelled. "What do you mean problem?" I asked. It can't ve as bad as mine...maybe this will distract me.

"I mean, a certain brunette is coming to our little sleep over with the guys" she said angrily. "She is what?" I asked. Why is that she-devil coming?

"Jack invited her" she sighed. "What are we going to do?" She asked worried. "I don't know, how about be nice?" I suggested. "What! No, she is out to get me. I swear she is!" She said.

I sighed. "I don't know what then" I said honestly, "I am really dealing with something crazy right now" I added. "Well, do you wanna have an ice cream date and talk it out like Bffs do in the movies?" She asked, I could here her giggle.

"I would but I can't, I'll talk to you tomorrow" I said. "Aw. Okay, bye" she said. "Bye" I said, hanging up. I put my phone on the charger and got ready for bed. Homecoming is coming up and I will have a magical night.

I crawled in my bed and went to sleep. Even though it was only 7:00 p.m.

• I woke up. Nothing interesting, I just lay there in my bed, thinking. I didn't really get sleep last night. I was in and out of it.

Thinking kept me up nearly all night. I literally got three hours of sleep, maybe even less.

I really don't want to go to school today. Maybe my dad will let me stay home today...

I walked down to the kitchen and saw no one. He must be at work. I walked back to my room and called him. "Hello?" He answered. "Hey dad, I really don't feel well." I said.

"What's wrong?" He asked. "I have a killer headache and my stomach, I feel like I am going to puke" I said. "Okay, you might not want to go to school then. There is Ibuprofen in the medicine cabinet." He said.

I smiled a little. "Okay, Love you bye" I said. "Love you bye" he said hanging up. After that, I texted Matt.

To: Matt: Hey, do you think you could ditch school today?

From: Matt: Ummm, yea sure. Why?

To: Matt: I need to talk to you, its serious.

From: Matt: Okay, I will be there in a few minutes.

I put my phone down and slipped on a bra and brushed my teeth. I maybe even added some powder.

*Knock Knock Knock!*

I walked downstairs and opened the door for Matt. He looked worried. "Are you okay? Whats wrong?" He asked pulling me into a hug. He is so cute.

"I'm fine, well, not really. I have to talk to you about something very important." I said.

He released me and walked into the livingroom. I need to talk to someone other than Alaric and no one could understand like Matt can. Because I know his secret.

"Want anything to eat?" I asked. "Sure, what do you have?" He smiled. "Uh, come look and see what you want" I laughed, "We have a lot" I added.

He got up and walked to the kitchen. We both ended up eating cereal. While sitting at the table I started talking. "Look, Matt, this isn't easy for me to talk about. I can't even say it to my face because of how crazy it sounds."
