Chapter Fourteen

~Amberly's Point of View~

•I woke up feeling great. Like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

Since I talked to Matt, I feel great. Plus tonight is Homecoming! And I get to wear my cheer uniform today.

So like every Friday, I don't have to plan an outfit or pick through my closet. I just wear the uniform.

I got a shower and put my uniform on. Along with my cheer shoes. Then I did my hair; straightened with a braid wrapped halfway around my head.

So that later I can throw it up in a ponytail for the game, then re-run the hair straightener through my hair for homecoming.

I am soooo happy. I mean, I am going alone. Renessmee is with Shawn, Jack is going with Sarah. Matt has a date. I wish I knew who though. And the rest of the guys are taking some girls. I can't keep track of their names.

I applied my usuall makeup and admired myself in the mirror. Me, Amberly Daniels, Mikealson. Whatever...is a varsity cheerleader.

Wow. I have never felt so great. Never ever. I grabbed my bag and phone and walked downstairs.

I made myself a bowl of cereal and as I was eating I got a text.

From: Matt♡: Hey, ummm we gotta talk.

To: Matt♡: Uh, okay. Meet at the school now?

From: Matt♡: Yes, see you in a few.

To: Matt♡: Okay see ya.

I put my bowl in the sink and went to my car.

• "Oh, my gosh!" I gasped. "Both of you?" They nodded. "And I guess Mckenna cleaned up Liam's body before attacking me" Jack G said.

So I found out how to trigger my curse. Good, I won't be doing that anytime soon.

"Yea" Matt said. "Oh, my gosh" I said. That's all I can say. They are both going to be breaking bones once a month for every month of their life.

This Is just great.

"Does Renesmee know anything about this? You know, what you are?" I asked.

Jack said "No, and lets keep it that way" I looked at him and said "As close as you two are, how come you have never told her?" I asked.

"Because we never thought this would happen" Matt said.

I looked at Jack and said "But she would have to know, what would she say when you two get married and she has little wolf babies running around the house"

He just stayed quiet. "Exactly and if you don't tell her, I will" I said. "Fine I will tell her, but not right now" Jack said, honestly.

I nodded and Matt said "Okay, guys let's make this the most normal day possible and not think about tomorrow night" Jack and I agreed.

They were wearing their church, dress clothes. Button up, long sleeve, with a tie, and black slacks with dress shoes.

They looked cute. I honestly couldn't take my eyes off Matt.

• She was in her cheer uniform. She looked stunning. Her mini skirt and tight top fit her just right. I couldn't take my eyes off of Amberly.

Yea, I have seen other pretty girls strutting in this uniform but on her, it just catches my attention.

We walked into the school and talked until Everyone else in our group arrived and still I couldn't stop looking at my angel.
