Mark's POV

After that one unfortunate morning I've found out a few things. That this guy is extremely stubborn and he can't listen for his damn life, he's extraordinarily cocky, and he's persistent. Since that day, he hasn't left me alone. Like, ever. He's actually started atteding a lot more classes now, and it turns out he's in a LOT of the same classes as I am.

I don't know why he's talking to me so much though, I mean why me, of all people?

He can be annoying a lot of the time, but he makes things a lot more fun. We've talked a lot now, and he's honestly not that bad. I mean, besides the fact that he's the absolute manwhore of the campus, and that's not even and that's not even an exaggeration. He flirts with any girl in sight, and could have 4, 5, even 6 girlfriends at a time. But other than that, he's done fencing since he was a kid, he plays basketball, he's an idiot. But I mean he's not generally terrible to have around.

He's extremely entertaining to start with. He's always saying something stupid and if not saying something, doing something. Like yesterday, he decided it'd be a really great idea to try to climb some big tree on campus. Well, the whole climbing part wasn't a problem. It was the trying to get off without teachers seeing part that he seemed to struggle with. Worst came to worst, he got detention, and somehow managed to drag me there along with him.

After 45 minutes of boredom and Jackson flicking little tiny crimpled pieces of paper at me, we were finally free. Jackson, yep he'd reminded me his name at least a hundred times now, and let me tell you, I'll never forget it again. As the bell to signal the end of detention rang I shot up from my seat, darting towards the door.

But of course, the second I stepped out he was right beside me again, that big cocky grin of his spread across his face.

"We should do something today," He said and I raised an eyebrow.

"Like what?" I inquired in a bored tone, my eyebrow raised slightly.

"Like,, like.. go race bumper cars, or go to an arcade or something!" He said with a big childish grin on his face. I let out a chuckle.

"You're so odd Jackson, you can have multiple girlfriends at a time, but you act like a 5 year old," I teased and he pouted.

"Not like a 5 year old! I'd say I'm like a good ten year old thank you very much!" Jackson joked, leaving me laughing.

"Of course, of course, how could I even underestimate you oh almighty Jackson," I said, chuckling and rolling my eyes.

"Hmm I don't know, but don't let it happen again butler!" He yelled playfully and I flicked his nose.

"You know, you're lucky you're entertaining, cause I would've ditched you by now if you weren't," I said, a smile on my face.

"Is that a compliment I hear? I feel so honored to receive a compliment from the great princess Mark!" He replied and I pouted, but couldn't help but to laugh.

"Yah! I am not a princess, asshole!"  I told him, smacking his arm.

"Whatever you say princess," Jackson finished with a big cheesy grin.

"I don't get why so many girls like you.." I mumbled.

"Because I'm handsome, duh," He replied as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

"Maybe on planet ugly," I teased quietly with a grin, knowing that would set him off. I began to run off towards the exit to the campus.

"Get back here!" He yelled after me and I laughed.

"Catch me if you can~!" I replied as I ran off down the sidewalk, Jackson chasing after me.

This is only short because I'm going to be writing the next chapter like right now, like right after I push publish on this one. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to update but I've just had to think about some of the plot and stuff but I think I've got it down now, or at least the next part.
Thank you readers<3
