It was Sunday morning, about 6am when Jackson's phone went off, and it'd woken Mark. Whenever Jackson's phone went off, it was either one of his friends, or his mom. So Mark was a bit confused to peek out from under the covers, and see the name 'Sojin' flashing on the illuminated screen of the phone, buzzing on the nightstand. He'd never heard Jackson talk about a friend named Sojin, maybe it was a new friend, or something. So he lightly shook Jackson's shoulder. Jackson was currently all sprawled out on the bed, his only article of clothing being his thin red boxers, Mark was lying against his chest.

"Babe, your phone is ringing," Mark said, voice soft as not to too violently wake his boyfriend.

"Ugh but I don't want to get up.. I don't care..." Jackson whined out softly as he pulled his covers over his head.

"Are you sure? It could be something important, I mean who calls this early in the morning?" Mark went on as he lightly traced patterns along Jackson's chest with his fingertip, as Jackson played with his red hair lightly.

"Who is it?" He asked his boyfriend as he kneaded his fingers through his hair.

"Someone called Sojin."

And Jackson's movements stopped altogether, he froze for a moment. And then he slowly sat up, slid Mark off of his chest and took his phone, standing out of bed and walking out of the room, answering the phone once he got to the hallway, and he'd shut the bedroom door behind him.

Mark's eyebrows furrowed, Jackson never usually had a problem answering the phone when he was in the room, what made this Sojin person different? Mark hadn't a clue. But he trusted Jackson too much to be worried about that and he lie his head back onto the pillow, waiting for his boyfriend to return.

"What? What do you want?" Jackson said into the phone, no emotion in his voice.

"Jackson.." A soft, quiet female's voice came through the phone. That voice that Jackson hadn't heard in so many years.. "I need you."

"You need me for what huh? You tell me you don't want me anymore and then you call me saying you need me, what, what is it?" Jackson wanted into the phone, though hushed, he didn't want Mark to hear.

Sojin's voice was soft when she spoke, it was hoarse and tired sounding. It sounded broken and hurt. "My boyfriend- my, my ex-boyfriend now.. He.. He gave me AIDS, Jackson," The small voice coming across the phone whispered. "And I'm in the hospital and he left, and I'm all alone, and I'm so scared, Jackson, I'm so scared.." She said, her voice breaking through he words as soft quiet sobs began to escape her lips.

Sojin had broken Jackson's heart when she'd broken up with him a few years ago. But they'd been together so long and he'd used to love her so much that even now.. hearing her sobs hurt Jackson, they hurt him quite a lot.

"Which hospital are you in, and which room?" Jackson asked with a sigh escaping his lips as he ran his hand through his own hair.

"Daegu Central Hospital, room 206," She replied, light whimpers still sounding from her every now and then.

"I'll be there in about an hour, okay?" Jackson replied, receiving an affirmation from Sojin before he hung up the phone. He walked back into the bedroom and to his closet, pulling on some sweats and the first T-shirt he saw, grabbing his keys off the nightstand and stuffing his wallet in his pocket, running his hand through his messy blonde hair.

"Why are you getting dressed babe, where are you going?" Mark asked curiously as he sat up on the bed.

Jackson walked towards him, leaned down and left a short, but sweet kiss to Mark's lips, sending him a light, reassuring smile. "There's just somewhere I've gotta be for a little while baby, I'll be back in a few hours okay? You go back to sleep," Jackson cooed gently to his lover before he tucked him into the blankets, and left a gentle peck to his forehead. "I love you."

"I love you too," Mark replied, his voice still sleepy as he smiled lightly at Jackson as he walked out of the room. He had no clue where on earth it was that Jackson was needed at 6am on a Sunday, but it was okay. He loved and trusted Jackson, he knew everything would be fine. And with that thought he drifted off to sleep. Just as, outside, Jackson started his car, and began the drive to Daegu.
