Harry's POV

I'm again in the waiting room with my dad. I'm tired because it's only 07.25 on a Sunday. In the weekend I like to sleep in but there was only a space left at 07.30. Otherwise, I would have to wait until after the weekend but Jeff, my manager, told me there wouldn't be time.

'Harry Styles, you can come with me. Like last time, were going to take the x-rays first and after, you come back here.' I hear the doctor say. It's the same doctor as last time.

'So, on the pictures, we can see your ankle has made a little progress, as well as your shoulder. You will have to use your walking boot for at least 2 more weeks. For your shoulder, we can take the pins out, only if you wear a shoulder brace all the time and use your sling as much as possible. You can take the sling of when your arm is resting or just hanging down but while moving around.' The doctor tells me after we arrived in the office.

'That's good news.' I say. I'm glad. That way, if we do interviews, I can put my sling in my bag. I don't want the attention during the interview to go to the fact I'm injured.

'Okay, so for the removing of the pins, I'm gonna just pull them out with these thongs. I can give you local anesthetics but I have to warn you that the injection of the anesthetics most of the times gives more pain then the pulling out part itself. You can choose if you want it or not, but I would recommend not.'

'You can just pull them out. I'm scared of needles so if I can avoid them, I will.' I tell him.

'Okay, take your dad's hand with your left hand so you can squeeze it if you need to.' He laughs.

I take dad's hand in mine and the doctor disinfect it before he starts to pull. It hurts but nothing like I imagined when he told me it would be best without anesthetics.
When the two pins are out, he disinfects the two little wholes before shutting them with a few Steri-Strips. Apparently, with those little strips, you don't need real stiches. After he puts a big band-Aid over my shoulder, he goes outside to get the brace.

I really like it now that there aren't pins sticking out of the skin anymore, but I feel like it would be a lot more secure with the brace.
The doctor comes back in with a few braces.

'I have a few braces here, that way we can fit which size fits for you best.'

We try two and the second feels much better than the first. The first was a little bigger but it didn't stabilize my shoulder very good which was a lot more with the second one.

'Perfect, we will still have to follow this up, but for now, you're good. In a week, you can start wearing the sling less and less but keep wearing the brace for at least three more weeks.
At the reception on your way out, you can make the follow-up appointment for in about three weeks. When you are there, also asking for the notes for insurance. You will probably get most of the bill paid back.' The doctor tells me before leading me and my dad outside of the office.

I'm in the car. After my appointment dad had dropped me off at Louis where a black van with tinted windows was already waiting to bring us to London where we are gonna spend the week. That way we don't have to travel that for, each time we have an interview.

I packed my bag yesterday and Louis had already put it in the van when I arrived so we could leave immediately.

It's noon and we just released the video that Louis took of me playing and singing 'Don't let me go' on my YouTube page.
Louis also tweeted from the One Direction page the link of the video to tease the 1D fans.
