louis91 On Tuesday the 28th of June, my family and I had to say goodbye to our mom after a hard battle of leukemia. I want to thank everyone who is here for me and my family in this difficult time. I love and appreciate you all and like mom has said a million times to me I will say to all of you. 'Darling, just hold on.'🖤 I will continue to make music because I promised mom I would. I wrote the song for her because I hoped she would be there on the first of July in the audience. She still was there but in my heart.🖤 Special thanks to @steveaoki to be such an amazing friend to stand next to me on stage. Another huge thanks to @harrystyles, @zayn, @liampayne and @niallhoran for carrying me when I couldn't keep going and for being backstage waiting for me to come down.
