Louis' POV

It's my mom's funeral. I'm walking to the front of the church. I place myself in front of the mic.

'Hello everyone, thank you all for coming. Mom would love to see everyone together like this but much preferred in other circumstances.
A few days ago, Dan had asked me if I could say something during the funeral. I said 'yes' but I didn't know what. I wanted so say something that showed how much I miss her, but at the same time, a message of hope and willpower so I took my notebook.
The last thing I wrote in there were the last words, sentences mom told me. It would be the perfect ending of a song so I started writing. I would like to sing that song but remember what she always used to say. 'Darling, just hold on. You can do it day by day.' I said before I placed myself behind the piano and I started singing.

It's been a minute since I called you

When I'm done, everyone stays quiet but I can see the tears in their eyes. Normally, I would be offended if there wasn't any applause but now, I would be ticked off if there was. I stand up and walk back to my seat next to Harry.
The whole service was sad, beautiful and hopeful at the same time.
