Today, I have to go to court. I'm really nervous but Jay will be up there with me and Gemma and the rest of my new family, will be also in the room.

harrystyles Hallo everyone, I know that there are a lot of question on why I have been out for a while. I have to be in court today and then, part of my story would be public. That's why Louis and I have made a video that is now public on my YouTube channel, where We tell my full story. It was important for me that I was the one to tell people and that they don't have to read in the paper that I was in court. Louis' POV
I'm sitting in the public's space in court between Lottie and Fizzie. Dan is sitting between Phoebe and Daisy, Gemma is sitting at the end of the bench next to Lottie, and Doris and Ernest are with Nana, my mom's mom. Mom is standing next to Harry. Harry is doing really well but I can see he's having a difficult time, trying not to cry. I think mom sees it too and steps closer to him and gives him a side hug but it isn't enough to comfort him at the moment and Harry turns to fully embrace mom and he cries in her shoulder. The judge tells him to take his time. I'm glad they aren't rushing him because with Harry, I know that has the opposite effect.
I give Harry a big hug and we go outside. The jury and the judge will be giving the verdict later in the afternoon but we are going out for lunch first. During lunch, Harry is really quiet.
'Hey Harry, what's wrong?' I ask him.
'I'm not really sure. I think I'm just nervous about the verdict and nervous about what people will think after they saw the video. I'm too scared to look at the reaction section.'
'I get it. Do you want me to look at the reactions and tell you if the majority is positive?'
'Yes, please.' Harry says and I take out my phone. Almost all of the comments are really supportive and positive. There are also a lot of people who shared their story to let Harry know, he isn't alone.
'Harry, almost all of the comments are positive. You've really grown a fanbase that already really cares about you. There are people who shared their stories in the reactions and everyone is really supportive.' I say and I see he is a lot less worried already.
It is 14.30 and we are sitting down again in the courtroom. The jury and the judge are entering and everyone stands up.
'Thank you, you can all sit down now.' The judge says. 'The jury and I have agreed on the verdict. Debbie Styles, please stand up.'
Debbie stands up and I feel Harry breath isn't regular so I put my arm around him, to calm him down.
'Debbie Styles, we charge you with three-time child abuse. Two of them emotional abuse and one-time physical abuse. We also charge you with murder. You will get 20 years in prison. Your children will be taken care of by their aunt and uncle.'
And with that Harry and Gemma shared a strong hug. After, they stood up and went to the other side of the room where Debbie's family was sitting. Harry and Gemma wanted to make sure, they knew they didn't blame them for what happened. I can't hear what they are saying but I think all went well because they are sharing a group hug.
Gemma's POV
I'm feeling double about the verdict. I'm glad she will be in prison for 20 years but with that, Harry and I don't get our dad back. Harry seems okay with it.
It's 16.20 and we just arrived at the Tomlinson/ Deakins/ Styles house and Liam, Niall and Zayn are already waiting. I'm glad Harry finally has found a friend group who accepts him for who he is and will be there for him in tough times. We all enter the house and go to the basement. In the car, Lottie and Fizzy had proposed a karaoke fest to celebrate the verdict so that is what we are gonna do.
We all had a lot of fun. It was nice to see Liam, Niall and Zayn sing karaoke with Fizzy, Lottie, Phoebe and Daisy. At 19.00, we ordered pizza. After we ate, Daisy, Phoebe and Fizzie went to bed and I went home. I still have to attend class tomorrow. It was a good ending of a stressful day.
