I woke up around 12 in the afternoon. I was lucky it was a Saturday, otherwise I would've missed my first 3 periods.
Feya must've stayed out last night as I didn't see her in her bed.
I mentally high-fived myself for closing the curtains before sleeping last night so I wasn't blinded.
I picked up my phone, hoping to call Aunt Apple. I had 7 messages; 4 from "Handsome pool boy🥰😩😏," 2 from Beck and one from Mateo.
I read Carter's first:
I smiled to myself and responded, "I'll bring you soup from the cafeteria<3."I moved to Becks texts next:
I cringed at imagining Beck's horrible hangover. "So no second date?"Lastly, I moved to Mateo's message.
I rolled my eyes, "He was your bestie before he was mine, sugar."
I crashed back into my pillows. I was not ready to play babysitter. I held my phone in the air as I dialed Aunt Apple.
