"k, wanna watch a movie"

So we choosed one

Halfway trough the movie i could Tell billie is in pain she's Holding her Hand against her chest
"Baby, your okay?" I asked caring
"what, Yeah yeah"
"no you're Not come on, Tell me what's wrong?"

"nothing is wrong im okay"
"dont lie to me you're Not"
"Y/N I AM OKAY" she nearly yelled at me
"okay okay, but if not Tell me okay"
"Yeah" she sighed

A little later she got up to go to the kitchen
"Baby!" she yelled
"what, what's wrong" I ran into the kitchen, she's Holding her chest again and her face looks like she's defenitly in pain.
"my chest hurts" she said

"okay, c'mon, can you walk?"
"I can try"
I worked a long time as a paramedic until a few months ago, so i probably know what's her problem. But i cant Tell her dont want to scare her.
"I will carry you okay?" I asked
"okay"

I carried her to our car and placed her on the passenger seat. I ran to the otherside and drove as fast as i could to the next hospital, I could hear her stumble in pain. I grab her hand and said
"we're nearly there, hold on Baby"
She just nodded her head

We arrived at the hospital
Two nurses and a doctor came and brought her in a room, to examine billie.
"you're right it's her heart" the doctor told me, cause i told him earlier my guess
"We need to do a surgery, now"

After two hours of waiting a nurse woke up me by calling my name.
"Yeah thats me" I said
"oh okay, the surgery went well we could fix somethings to give her more time"
"more time?"
"Yeah, These are the Bad news, we need a donor heart"
I was in shook

After long discussing with the nurse and a conversation with the doctor, I could finally See her
"hey Baby" I said carefully
"y/n!" her voice raised
"hey how do you feel?"
"how should i feel?"
"Yeah i know, stupid question"
I hugged her tighly

"I have to Tell you something" I said nervously
"what?"
"I love you, to the and of my life"
"awww, but i know that already"
I kissed her forehead, she doesnt know what's about to happen

Billie's pov:
I was so excited to come home i didnt saw y/n since my second surgery where I got my new heart. I came home with my mum and there Was a Letter on the table

I hope you're doing well, I hope everything went well in Hospital.
Do you remember when we celebrated 1 year. I think you know what i said there 'my heart is All yours'
Well i hope you dont feel any pain, cause i gave you my heart now.

The only thing i can remember is, i just cried into my mothers arms, that cant be truth, I was the person who wanted to die, and she always wanted to life and now she died for me and i need to live for her.
