"We're investigating?  You mean, going past the fence to climb the wall and look outside, right?  But what about our tracking devices?" Gilda asked.

"We won't give them time to check!"  Emma claimed.  Everyone but Ray was in the forest, discussing.

"We'll distract both Mama and Sister and create a situation where they won't look at their trackers," Norman explained.

"But how?" Don questioned.

"I'll have Ray stall Mama," Norman smirked. "I'm having him give her false information."

We started walking back towards the house, and after a few moments, Don asked a question.

"But even if we leave Ray to deal with Mama, what about Sister?"

"Yeah, if she finds out, we'll be shipped out immediately, right?"  Gilda concurred.

Finally, we passed Krone's hiding spot behind a tree and stopped to turn around.

"Do you need something," Norman asked, breaking the silence.

"I saw it!" Krone boasted, starting a strange dance-like movement.  "I was watching the who~le thing!  Talking in the dining hall, all of you!  The ones who know the secret about this House are Norman, Emma, Sparrow, Ray, Gilda, and Don.  The six of you." She laughed creepily then spun around a few times and extended her hand out to Emma.

"So... would you like to join forces?" Krone requested.  Emma made a confused "eh" noise, and her pupils shrunk.

"Join... forces?" Gilda repeated, making it into a question.  Norman smirked and walked up to Krone and looked back on the group.

"Don't worry everyone, everything's fine," Norman reassured, making eye contact with me.  I nodded.  He turned back to Krone.  "We'll hear you out," he allowed.

"That's right," Krone continued. "We should cooperate so we can achieve our goals." Krone pointed a finger at our group. "You all want to escape." She put her palm to her chest. "I want to become the Mama of this house.  I want to drag Isabella down from her position as Mama, and seize that position for myself."

"Mama's position?" Don repeated.

"Just to clarify, those are my true intentions.  I also want to break free from this situation."  She readjusted her collar to show her farm identifier.  Everyone but me gasped.

"Do you know about the management system here?" Krone asked, starting to walk a circle around us.  "Girls who fulfill certain conditions and live until twelve years old are presented with two paths when they're about to be shipped.  To continue and die, or aim to become a Mama."

"What are the conditions?" Don inquired.

"Scores above a certain number and the Mama's recommendation.  If you meet those two requirements, you can survive without escaping.  If you're a girl..."

"A girl," Gilda murmured.

"But I don't recommend it." Sister unbuttoned the top few buttons of her dress, "Your body will never be able to leave these premises." She pulled her dress down a bit to reveal a scar on her chest.

"What...is that?" Emma asked, shocked.

"There's a chip inside.  If an adult sets one foot outside of the farm, an electrical current will be sent through this and their heart will stop.  At the same time, if something else makes their heart stop, then it acts as a transmitter that notifies the higher-ups."
