The audience was full of all the high schoolers.I was nervous,why wouldn't I be I was singing for the first time,in New York City.Ryan was in the stands waving holding Safire in his hand.He was wearing the barbed wire around his neck.The principle had everything set up for me and the other students.I was the last to go."Save the best for last."She would say.I hope she was right,I haven't sung since Jr. High.The first act was a girl playing the flute and of course it was the song was Let It Go.The Second act was a boy who was street dancing,He moved like he had no bones,it always amazed me,and I realized that boy was Crossfire.I saw Safire crying tears of joy when she saw him on stage after he was done he kissed his hand and removed it from his lips almost like he was emailing her a kiss.She laughed.After more acts I was up my heart was racing and my world would change forever.
I took a deep breath.

After the song ended everyone was standing and applauding.The curtains closed.Just before I turned around a hand appears on my shoulder.I quickly turn around and grab the hand of.......the principle.I quickly let go."I guess I should warn you that I am coming behind you."She said with a faint shake in her voice.I nodd.She than turns and leaves.
