Chapter 26 The Maze of the past

I look around and Crossfire and Ryan was nowhere to be seen.I try to shout but my voice was quiet like a whisper.The area I was in was cold and frigid and the air was sour.I walk forward and try to find my way out."Good job Phoenix,come on,go,go.....Yes,yes!"Mom shouted.I look to my left and a water portal was o the wall.Inside was me on Cora,my black mare,we were chasing cows,I remember where we were.We were in Dallas for a event I was in first place with 37 head and we won $3,945 dollars.I heard about this place.It was called the Maze of the Past.It shows past memories leading up to newer memories by the farther you go into the maze.I walk further and further trying to find something to help he get out of here.A new path appears in my sight.I walk into it and their in the center was a portal.It swirled with colors of light blue,blue and white.It was a water portal.An in front of it was a water nymph."Hello Phoenix."It said."Hello."I reply.She was beautiful in her way.She had seaweed green hair and eyes a lighter shade.While her skin was a pale blue."My name is FireTear ruler of the Phoenix realms oceans."She said with a voice soft as a wave."I have come to help you discover your Siren powers,an help your friends escape from this maze."She stated.She was here to help,but,something was off.I thought the entire realm was destroyed including the oceans.I hit me."Nice try brother,that doesn't work on me.Her/his smile changed to a frown.Clouds changed the sirens appearence."I can never get past you can I?"He asked shrugging.I shake my head.I had the nerve to ask questions for some reason."Why Safire,why not some evil witch or something like that?"I stated as loud as my voice would let me."Why Safire you ask,well I guess I liked her for her blue eyes or her ability to sing like any bird,or oh so many possibilities."He said rubbing his chin."You forced your dad into everything that had happened to everyone or anything to the world."I reply angered.He looks at me and holds out his hand."Let me show you something."He said in his sweet voice.I shudder,I try to shake it off.It doesn't help.I step closer and closer.When I am within three feet from him I draw my sword and cut it into his face.He screams in pain."Holy,son of a......Gah!"he said holding his hands into his face.The sword was made of iron.Faeries hate iron they can't even touch it.That was enough to distract him.the walls on the Maze fall and Two boys appear.I look at them and nod.They nod back.I draw back a fire arrow.I aim,and fire.It hits him and effects him.He falls to the ground dead as a door nail.I give Ryan and Crossfire a hug and we head for the hotel.
