Chapter Five

"Hey, waky waky kid."

I began to slur words to who ever was trying to wake me up.

"Come on, un. We need to go."

"Just 5 more minutes." I mumble in my sleep.

Next thing I knew I felt something cold suddenly fall over my body. I jolted upward and looked at myself seeing water all over my body.

"You threw water on me?!" I yell angrily.

"Yup." Deidara says to me.

"Why?!" I yell.

"You weren't getting up." He says. "Good thing though, because you took the cloak off before you fell asleep."

"GET OUT!" I screamed at him.

He quickly ran out the door leaving me alone in my room. I quickly threw off my drenched clothes and pulled out a pair of short out of the dresser and a tee shirt. These will have to do. I threw them on and then walked to the bathroom and brushed out my tangled wet black hair.

I went back to my bedroom and slid the cloak on and zipped it up stopping at my chest so I didn't look engulfed by it. I walked out the door with a pissed off looking red head there.

"Take you long enough?" He asks grumpily.

"Sorry. It wouldn't have taken so long if I hadn't gotten wet." I say apologetically.

"Whatever. Are you ready to go?"

"Ah, no. Let me go get my knives and throwing stars." I mutter and run into my room and right back out putting the pocket and bag on me.

"Are we good to go now?" He asks.

"Uhm, yes I am."

"Let's go." He says coldly. I followed behind him and we walked through the Akatsuki base and out into the open air. I looked around and saw the natural beauty that lies here. Off to the right there was a small pond with ducks swimming in it and cat tails around it with cut grass around the base. There were flowers lying around and off in the distance you could see trees.

"Why didn't I see these flowers before?" I ask.

"You probably weren't paying attention." He replies.

"I see." I reply.

"Deidara is up ahead waiting for us." Sasori replies.

"Oh great, another walk with him." I say. "If he says anything to me, I'm pretty sure I'm going to kill him."

"I highly doubt you could."

"I'm pretty sure I would have if you didn't lie to me. And let me make this clear... If given the chance to escape, I will take it."

"We will hunt you done, none the less."

"If you can find me."

"Do you know the quote, 'you can run but you can't hide'?"

"Yeah." I say.

"Same goes for you."

"Whatever." I reply back coldly.

I trudge behind Sasori over to the trees to see Deidara leaning against a tree and saying, "Nice of you guys to finally show up." With a large smirk on his face.

I glared over at him and crossed my arms over my chest.

"What's with the glare down, un?" He asks.
