Chapter 14
Deidara’s POV
“Well it seems we found a different way to open this. Sasori, Deidara, head to the hidden sand village and get the Shikaku.”
“Alright, un.” I say to Pein.
“Anyone who is in your way, kill them.” Pein says, narrowing his eyes at me.
I narrowed my eyes back at him and waited for him to either dismiss us or continue on with his lecture.
“You guys are dismissed.” He says, disappearing while the other shadows around us disappeared.
“Well, let’s be on our way and hurry to get the one tail.” Sasori says sourly.
“Of course, un.” I say.
“If that girl wouldn’t have escaped we would have already had one of the tailed bests.” Sasori says, glaring over at me.
“Why are you glaring at me?” I ask angrily.
“Because we were the only two around and I find it ironic she got away all on her own.” Sasori says, with his raspy voice as he got into his disguise. Or more of his puppet.
“What ever. Don’t blame me. It’s just as much your fault as it is mine, un.” I say, rolling my eyes at him.
We began to walk in peace. I grabbed my hat out of my cloak and put it on my head while Sasori did the same. This was a three day walk. So we had a week pretty much before we had to take the tailed beast out of its host.
Nina’s POV
“Hey uh, Gaara?” I ask, just trying out the name.
“What do you need?” Gaara asks, looking down at the table writing on papers.
“Do you mind if I head to Konoha here in like, 3 days or something. I want to get packed in and such.”
“That is fine.” He says.
“Thanks.” I say, smiling.
“Is that all you need?” He asks.
“Uhm, yeah.” I say, bowing and hurrying out of the room.
“Nina.” Gaara says before I closed the door.
“Yeah?” I ask.
“Be careful. There may be some who doesn’t except you here. I will have some eyes on you as well.”
“Thanks.” I say, closing the door.
I ran out of the building and headed to a restraint. I still hadn’t made any friends since I had been here even though I haven’t been here long. I did make Naruto as a friend though back in Konoha.
That was something to look foreword to here in three days. I had been traveling back and forth from Hidden Sand to Hidden Leaf.
I was rather tired, but it was also a relief to be looked at, people not thinking of me as a monster.
I made my way to the library and went in there and began to go through books. Not only did I want to get settled in, but I wanted to learn on things I missed out in.
I heard some muffled voices come in. I sighed and continued to read.
“Did you hear?” The voice says, interrupting my thoughts while I tried to read.
“No, tell me.” A deep voice says.
There was a chuckle than a guy saying, “The Akatsuki are finally making there move.”
