I don't know what i'm doing~~

ROSÉ.

I didn't interrupt Lisa as she confessed all the things that happened when we were apart. Her thoughts, her secrets and decisions.

And for Lisa to bare herself, she had to shot a couple of whiskey we ordered through room service.

"I lost myself in the process of vengeance. And i hate myself for that."

I wish I was with Lisa when she needed someone the most.

"I'm sorry, Lis."

"Why sorry? It's not your fault."

"I'm sorry i wasn't there with you. Someone to confide to. Someone to hold on to. And someone to protect you." I replied.

I held her face, wiping those tears away.

"You kept pressuring yourself. You keep thinking of how to get even with your foster and biological parents, you forgot to take care of yourself."

"You wanna go back to Fingal?" She asked instead.

"Why not?" I answered.

The place has been very special to both of us. It's our escape. It's our safe haven. It's a public place but it doesn't matter. We found home in that place.

"I feel like i can think straight if i'm somewhere comfortable."

I chuckled. "If that so, we can fly there."

"I love you Chaeyoung."

I smiles and pushed her face. "Ya, are you saying that just because you kept things secret?"

"No, Chaeyoung. I couldn't tell everything to you when i know you have things to mind to."

"Still, i'm your bestfriend. Bestfriends do share their problems and their secrets." I pouted.

"I'm sorry. It won't happen again."

"Promise?"

"Yeah, cross my heart."

"Are you drunk?" I asked.

"Mmm..tipsy?"

"Then you should sleep."

"Sleep with me."

"Let me take a bath first and.. i need to call Minsook for a flight to Australia."

"We can use my private plane."

"Alright."
.
.
.
I woke up with Lisa in front on her laptop and a phone in her ear. Her face screams annoyance as she talk someone in Mandarin.

I didn't know she's fluent in that language.

She looked up to see me watching her.

"Good morning Chaeyoung. I haven't ordered for our breakfast. Can you do it? Your manager brought your clothes." She asked covering her phone.

"Yeah, sure. Focus on that." I smiled.

I asked for a room service before going to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and when i came back, Lisa is already done with her business.

"I didn't know you speak Mandarin?" I asked.

She gave me a proud smile. "Well, i took Mandarin Class for a week."

"Good for you?"

"Haha! Yeah, i had to. Let's eat?"

I followed her to the balcony where the breakfast is served.

"You seemed annoyed earlier?"

"My secretary called me as Seoul Office are asking re-evaluation of my position."
