X. An Attractive Sneak.

“AMU!” I yelled and ran over to the hole, bending over to see if she was stuck in there- and surprisingly she was..

 BEING FELT UP BY A BOY?!

 “Where would you hide something so precious?” The boy’s sultry voice filling my ears, he was awfully attractive too- and fit the perfect image of Naoki from Mischievous Kiss. I could feel a bit of blood leaking from my nose but I quickly wiped it before it could reach my lips.

 “A-ah! Haruka! It’s not what you THIIINNNK!!” Amu raised her voice as his hand slid to her butt, I just stared at the two of them dreamily.  She crazily swatted him away like he was some kind of disease.

 “DON’T TOUCH ME YOU STRANGE $@%&!” Amu shrieked but both me and her snapped out of it when we saw the egg in his hand. 

 “A-Ah! The egg!” She checked her bag for a brief moment and when she saw it wasn’t there, the both of us sprung in to action.

 “HE’S TRYING TO COOK YOUR BABY, AMU!” I yelled, jumping into the hole coming at the boy from behind and Amu trying to catch it from his front. 

 For a split second in time, me and the boy met eyes and his expression went wild.

 “STRANGE EGG THEIF!!” 

 Suddenly the rustling of a machine broke our concentration, all three of us looked up to see an excavator blocking the sun and getting ready to empty dirt in to the hole.

 With us in it?

 I stood up on to my feet and attempted to climb up the hole, but each time I’f catch some dirt, I slid back down in to the hole. “I’m not going like this!” I announced, continuously trying to climb up the hole. 

 I got even more nervous when the lever slowly began to lower and tilt when something caught my attention.

 “Your egg hatched!” I gasped, staring at the little cute character in awe. She looked somewhat like Amu- but I still was close to being buried 30 feet under.

Literally. 

 I continued to shovel dirt more quicker and slide down just a quick making a little hill of dirt , obvious making no progress. Amu catapulted in to the air- failing to take me as well, of course.

 My body froze when a slightly muscular arm was wrapped around my waist and in one quick movement, I was rolled on to the boy’s back. To flustered and frightened to say anything about it, I wrapped my arms around his chest and buckled my legs around his waist.

Within seconds, magically navy cat ears and a tail matching it popped on to his head and his backside. And soon enough, we were launched in to the air. I sucked in a sharp breath as air hit my face rapidly. A small shriek left my mouth and I absentmindedly buried my face into his neck. And it didn’t feel to bad either.

 “Look up.” His voice rang through my ears, I hesitated to do so but I eventually looked up to find us on top of an electric pole. I could see the city around us, the houses, the neighborhoods, and on top of that, the major school that we towered over.

 “Amazing..” I breathed but soon a small creature shadowed my eyesight. A little floating chibi-kid that had cat ears as well and yellow eyes. 

 “Ikuto, who is this girl?” His shrill voice entered my ears and my eyes widened. The name seemed awfully familiar.. Like I knew 

 “Tiny person!” I exclaimed, pointing an accusing finger at the chibi and it immediately hissed back.  

 "Am not! I’m a Guardian Chara, nya!” He claimed.

 “‘'Ya Don’t look like it, you make me wanna swat you away!” I sneered right back.

 I leaned towards the chara, giving him a scowl and he imitated me.

I was right about to swat him when the boy whose name seemed to be ‘Ikuto’  changed my position so that it seemed like he was cradling me. Then he brought my head forward as if he were going to kiss me when..

 “Sniif, sniff.”

 He sniffed me, right when I thought we were going to connect lips!The boy pulled back in a contorted frown. 

 “She smells just like a Luck.” He blankly stated, and is so-called ‘Guardian Chara’  floated over too.

 “She acts like a Luck, too- nya~!” 

 The boy’s hands slid down my waist starting from my chest and bent back my blazer to reveal all 4 of my eggs. Is he going to cook them? Not if I were to get in the way! My instincts took over as his hand slid more and more, putting his grimy mitts- or rather dreamy mitts on all of them.

 “Golden crested eggs..” He looked up at me with a smirk. “Jackpot, I can smell myself getting closer to finding the Embryo.” 

 From what I could see, his hand want going to reach for my sun faberge egg, the one that glowed during the assembly. He was about to unhook it when the  sound of my pulse took over my hearing and I could feel something unleash within me.

“NO!”

Just like that, the dirtied key hidden under layers glowed underneath my blouse and blast of light separated the two of our bodies instantly. However, that left me with no where to placed my feet. 

‘And so I fell.

Before I could digest what had just happened, I had fell from the tall wired tower, his figure getting smaller. I blinked a couple of times then closed my eyes.

 “So this is it?” I whispered, the last thing I saw was the glittering sun blocking my eyesight.

“Are you crazy?!”
