"SO THIS ISN'T A DOUBLE DATE?"

Shawn Hunter was currently stuffing his face with a ton of fries as he sat directly across from Lucy. They were sitting in a booth at Chubbies with Topanga and Cory. Topanga and Cory were smiling and giggling as they held each other's hands from across the table. Shawn glanced over at them causing his heart to ache. He wanted what they had but he still hadn't found the right girl. "This is practically like a double date." Topanga whispers to Lucy. Lucy nearly spits out her drink as she shakes her head. "No.... no..... it's not." Lucy replied sharply. "Then why are you two sharing a milkshake?" Topanga asked her curiously. Shawn was listening in on the girls conversation and he immediately looked down at the milkshake that had two straws in it. He snatched one of the straws out of the cup and threw it across the room. Lucy gave Shawn a concerned look causing him to shrug his shoulders.

"Shawns cheap... that's why we share food." Lucy tells Topanga. "Whatever you wanna tell yourself." Topanga replies sharply. "Hey! I don't like this attitude Topanga! Me and Lucy will never date.... okay." Shawn explains to Topanga. Topanga nods her head as she still wasn't convinced. "Topanaga.... come on.... those two dating? That's crazy." Cory says in disbelief. Lucy's heart hurt at the sound of Shawn saying he would never date her. The milkshake was almost finished as Shawn was slurping it down with his straw. "Hey! You've practically drank the whole thing." Lucy argues as she reaches for the cup. "I don't care." Shawn replies playfully as he clings onto the cup. Lucy tried to grab the cup from Shawns hands but he had a very tight grip on it. "Just give it to me!" Lucy yelled angrily. "Fine! Take it." Shawn replied as a smirk formed on his face. He let go of the cup while Lucy was still grabbing onto it with all of her strength causing her to yank the cup backwards. The cup spilled all over her dress causing Shawn and Cory to laugh at her. She rolled her eyes in annoyance as she smacked his arm. "Thanks a lot Shawn." She muttered sarcastically as she quickly got up from the table.

Shawn watched as she walked away to the bathroom with a pissed look on her face. "I'll go check on her." Shawn mumbles as he quickly gets up from the table. Lucy angrily tried to scrub water on her dress as she struggled to get the milkshake stain out it. She pulled the dress over her head and off of her body so she could place it in the sink. She loved her dress and of course Shawn had to ruin it. She heard the door to the bathroom open causing her eyes to land on Shawn Hunter. Her face felt like it was on fire as she realized she was only in her bra. Shawns eyes widened as he looked directly at her chest. "What are you doing in here?" She screamed as she crossed her arms over her chest hoping to hide her bra from Shawns eyes. "I Uh.... I wanted to make sure you were okay." Shawn stuttered at the sight of Lucy only in her bra. He forced his eyes to look away from her even though his eyes wanted to linger on her body for a long time. "Well I'm fine... you can leave now." Lucy tells him nervously. "Is your dress going to be okay?" Shawn asks her as concerned filled his voice.

"Yeah... it will be fine." Lucy lies as she looks at her dress in the sink. "Sorry I ruined it." Shawn tells her in a soft voice. "It's fine... you didn't mean to." Lucy replies softly. Shawns eyes stop looking around the bathroom causing them to lock with Lucy's eyes. "I mean... I purposely wanted it to spill on you but... it's a shame your dress got caught in the cross fire." Shawn teases her as he laughs. Lucy holds back laughter as she shakes her head. "You should probably get out of here before someone walks in." Lucy warns him. Shawn doesn't listen as he slowly walks over to her. He picks up her dress from the sink as it drips water onto the floor. "You can't wear this." Shawn mutters as he laughs. "I know but I can't exactly walk out there in my bra." Lucy replies sarcastically. Shawns eyes flicker to her bra and then back to the dress in his hands. Shawn felt nervous being around her. "You can wear my shirt." Shawn offers. "No...." Lucy begins to protest but she stops talking at the sight of Shawn Hunter taking off his shirt. Lucy couldn't form words and she couldn't breathe as she stared at the shirtless boy in front of her. He had a very nice body and Lucy couldn't help but stare at him.

"Here." Shawn tells her as he hands her his shirt. He seemed unfazed but on the inside his heart was pounding uncontrollably. They were both shirtless and they were inches away from each other. Lucy looked down at his shirt in her hands before looking up at him. Their eyes met as they both were unable to speak. Shawns eyes flickered to Lucy's lips as he desperately wanted to kiss her. Shawn took a step closer to Lucy closing the gap between them. Lucy felt chills run through her body at the feeling of him inches away from her. Shawn could feel Lucy's breath against his as he started to lean in. "I can help you get the stain out!" A voice yelled as they walked into the bathroom. Shawn and Lucy awkwardly looked away from each other. Shawn pretended like he was looking at himself in the mirror while Lucy turned her attention to the person who had interrupted them. "Did I interrupt something?" Topanga asks them both curiously. Shawn shook his head as he refused to look at either girl. "Shawns going to lend me his shirt." Lucy tells Topanga as she quickly puts on Shawns shirt. Topanga nodded as she awkwardly walked inside the bathroom. The shirt was too big on Lucy but she couldn't help but love the way it smelled like Shawn. "Since you ruined my dress I think it's only fair that I kick your ass in pool." Lucy teases Shawn. "You are so on..... and that shirt looks better on you." Shawn whispers flirtatiously as he walks past her making sure to brush his arm against her arm. He exits the bathroom leaving Lucy breathless. Even the slightest touch from Shawn made her heart quicken.
