After swara's check up swasan are sitting in front of Doctor Who is reading swara's later reports.

Doctor:she is doing great Mr. Maheshwari both mother and baby are safe and healthy, I m glad to inform you that risk factors in Mrs. Maheshwari pregnancy reduced. You are taking very good care of her, but it does not mean you become careless (turning to swara) Mrs. Maheshwari you should be stress free, continue with diet and exercise regularly most importantly you should take plenty of rest OK...

Swara nodded helplessly as she know now sanskar won't let her even to take glass of water by herself while sanskar was listening everything attentively making mental note "I have to keep tension free environment for swara and for baby, need to keep eye on that TRIO and make sure swara always be happy".

San: LOVE let's go (he pushed her wheelchair and came outside of cabin where Uttara, Suraj and Tina is waiting)

Uttu: what did doctor said?

San: my wife and baby are safe but need complete bed rest from now on.

Suraj: that's not a problem I will make sure she won't get up from bed (swara pouted sadly)

Swara in mind: Huh this doctor become enemy of my freedom (made cry face)

Swasan Room

Sanskar is working in his laptop and swara is watching him sadly why not whole day he didn't talked with her but making sure she don't skip her medicine, food etc. She admired him thinking even in anger he take care of her like her she is a baby.

Swara: Sanku sorry na please talk to me, see if you don't talk na then i will cry loudly.

Sanskar smiled hearing her childish threat while swara fumed in anger: Huh here i m sad sad and you are smiling at me (she took pillow and threw at him making him look at her with wide eyes) don't look at me with so much love my darling hubby (she said in sugar coated voice) because I m angry with you (she throw another pillow luckily sanskar caught it)

San(murmuring): mood swings (to swara) LOVE stop it you will get tired.

Swara saw him for good time and started to cry loudly breaking all records of crying: now you don't love me because I m fat now, baby see your papa don't love me he always scold me (complaining cutely)

Sanskar was like 'what should I do now?' but got worried seeing her crying so badly, it breaks his heart: love (he took her in his embrace) shhh stop crying my love you know na i cant see tears in your eyes. It hurt me like someone put acid on my skin please jaan and how can you say I don't love you? You are my life even if you become baby elephant I will love you infact my love will only increase my baby wife.

Swara smiled victoriously as it was all her drama to make him talk with her and snuggled in his arms securely feeling protected. After sometime when sanskar didn't felt any movement saw his wife sleeping peacefully cuddling more into him making him smile brightly, he slowly made her lay on bed but even in her sleep she didn't loosen her grip on his hand so sanskar too laid down.

Kaveri: what's it?

Tina: swara is facing complications in her pregnancy and due to this she may loose her life also.

Rajesh: then we should take advantage of her situation..

Tina: don't worry about it dad, I already planned everything just need to implement it on right time.

Kaveri: I m so proud of you baby..

Swara was sitting in bed thinking deeply forgetting her surroundings

Flashback

In hospital, doctor was checking her when peon came to give Dr reports, after reading swara saw Dr face expression changing so she asked her

Swara: Dr what is it in my reports, please tell me is my baby safe?

Dr: Swara I won't give you false hope but your case is turning critical, your body is not strong to carry a baby due to which your life is in danger.

Swara was shocked and worried not for her but for her husband, her Sanskar: Dr I m doing everything as you instructed dieting, taking tablets in correct time, I everyday do exercise then?

Dr trying to consoling swara: Swara, your body is not responding to any medication due to which your life is in danger. But don't worry still there is time we will do our best to save both of you, you don't take stress it will increase your complication OK (swara nodded helplessly) come let's talk about it with Mr Maheshwari.

Swara after listening Dr panicked: No doctor don't tell sanskar about it. He is happy only because he think I m safe but now if he come to know about my condition then he will be broken please i beg you don't tell anything to him please (she cried pleading)

Doctor nodded yes helplessly after seeing swara's condition.

Swara's pov

I know Sanskar I did wrong by hiding about my health condition but I can't see you dying every day. Please god do some miracle I don't fear for my death but what will happen to sanskar after ME? No I can't even imagine his condition please i beg you for his happiness, keep him and my baby safe (she cried bitterly then after few minutes composed herself hearing footsteps)

Sanskar while entering their room holding tray: LOVE see what I have bought? Your favorite chocolate and ice cream.. (keeping tray in bed sat beside her) I m so happy today jaan (taking her in his arms) did you heard what doctor said? You and baby both are safe, your condition is improving... Come let's celebrate it with chocolate (he feed her chocolate while she kept looking at him) won't you feed me (he asked cutely)

Swara took one piece from his hand and fed him followed by a blissful kiss, sanskar who felt her lips on his reciprocated equally. After few minutes.

San: wow jaan that was a sweet surprise, you made news very special (swara just smiled and kept her head on his chest feeling pain in her heart feeling scared for sanskar)

Sanskar found her behaviour weird but for now let it go thinking she is happy with news not knowing her inner trauma which she is facing now.

Ragini is preparing swara's favorite dish feeling happy: I will take care of swara such may that she soon become well and safe. I won't let my shona or her child to leave us only 2 months left for her delivery, I should talk about swara's baby shower preparation it will be surprise for her (she smiled being excited like a kid)

There Laksh and Suraj buying cute dresses, small socks and shoes for baby and Uttara preparing room all are preparing one or other things for baby and swara but only destiny knows what stored in future...
